Obama Orders Review of Cyber Attacks
I don't think those words mean what you think they do.

So basically you're saying at this time, there's insufficient information.

So basically you are saying that your government is untrustworthy. This must be why Trump is appealing, as he is going to strip it down to its bones. Over a hundred years of contributions by thousands of people vs. Trump. Yeah, Trump's the one to back. (sarcasm)
The inauguration is on January 20.
I blame "The Me Generation" otherwise known as the baby boomers. The '60s was their teenage years and the values that began there are playing out today. In this case with regard to the overvaluing of the individual at the expense of authority and knowledge. Society is degenerating into it's individual parts and all that matters to people is the realization of their self expression. Truth is secondary to self-expression.
Since when is this your thread?
Are you serious? Obama has done bombed innocent civilians across the world, supported numerous massacres and wars as well as funding organ eating head chopping child rapists because his masters are against any Arab nationalists. Obama should be locked up with Bush and the rest of them.
And those Arab nationalists haven't done bad things ever?
The US doesn't attack countries because the leaders are bad people. It supports Saudi Arabia and Israel, the worst two countries in the region.
So we're supposed to attack a loyal allie?

Ah, that makes sense. I'm not 100% right now. I have flu for the second time this winter and it is so cold. Everything is a bit foggy.

I never said attacking enemies has nothing to do with state crimes.
And I will concede, the Saudis are only allies of convenience. When we develop and alternative fuel source, we can and should cut our ties to them. As for Israel - I know of only one incident in which they had attacked a US battleship, and that was more of a major f*ck up than a purposeful act. But right now, Israel if the only stable democracy in the region, and the only one that we know will be our allie today, and the next day, and the next. That, and all the fundies and holy rollers who buy into the millennialist horsesh*t, would start screaming hysterically that Jesus won't forgive America for cutting Israel loose when he comes back.

All nation states have national security who act in the national interest
Overestimating Israel's actions. The US have no international ally that is stronger than Israel. Suggesting that the US is somehow blissfully unaware of Mossad's actions against the US is ludicrous
Not forgetting Pakistan's support for the Taliban. I think oil/resource prices would be badly effected if the corrupt leadership in Pakistan or Saudi Arabia were deposed in a coup and replaced with muslim brotherhood type fanatics

When you cut ties, we will start to hear how evil they are and then you'll probably attack them. In 1954 Israel planned a load of terrorist attacks against the British, Americans and Egyptians and planning to blame it on the Muslim Brotherhood and "Egyptian Communists". But the plan failed and they just blamed it all on the defense minister.
The only f*ck up was that some of the American crew survived to tell the story. The intelligence ship would have been able to confirm that Israel were lying about their reasons for starting the 1967 war, so Israel attacked the ship for 3 hours even though there were American flags on it and the Americans were waving at the planes. Israel isn't a democracy and it certainly isn't stable. You give them $11 million a day, probably due to blackmail.

I know. It has nothing to do with "national interest" it has to do with the interest of the military industrial complex, bankers and multinational corporations who control each state.
I didn't say they were unaware so don't put words in my mouth. Allies don't bomb and blackmail each other.
You understand that there are more options than that? The US has always tried to destroy Arab nationalists that help the people of the region, well apart from when JFK was in charge and supported Nasser....

Israel isn't stable? They've avoided all the coups and rebellions that have toppled governments in all the surrounding neighbor states, and I don't foresee any such violent domestic take over in Israel anytime soon.
And sure, Israel might have had plans to attack their allies - but every country in the world has to seriously consider the fact that their friends might not always be their friends.
And yes, Israel is a democracy. Everyone with Israeli citizenship, both Jews and Arabs, has a vote, and has a right to hold public office. I am well aware of the fact that Palestinian Israelis, and Palestinians more often than not live as second class citizens, and have to put up with unendurable bullsh*t. But instead of reacting in a positive way with non-violent protest, too often they've been involved in, or supported, terrorism, which only brings about reprisals from the Israeli government. That said, I will concede that destroying the family home of a terrorist is overkill, and does nothing but create more terrorists.

Lol, because Israel is one of the countries supporting the coups. They have carried out airstrikes against Assad. All of the destruction of neighboring states is for the benefit of Israel and the US. But really, please stop replying to me now, I have no interest in wasting anymore of my time.

So the US other threw a democratically elected leader in Iran who was nationalising their oil against the interests of global oil companies because of communism?
