There is no agenda, only bias. We are not impartial news reporters. We’re discussing the news. Get over it.

There it is again, "we". And you are identifying the "we" as belonging to the latter of the two categories.

Are you sure you don't want me top keep talking about it? Because if you don't, then don't keep prompting me.

We as in multiple people on this forum that you are referring to, not we as in a team.

I’m indifferent about what you post, really. Feel free to expend your time and energy however you like. 8)

I'm only referring to a select few of about 5. And you are taking it personally, which means you identify as one of them. That's why I didn't name any names. I figured those people would identify themselves by how they reacted to what I said.

I hate playing around and making vague insinuations. I want concrete things. Because of that, I have a pretty good idea of who you are talking about. Me, goldfish, cyberdad, and 2 others I can't think of.

But we support each other, that's it. We recognize we have similar goals, like about 40% or more of the country, and we don't want to throw each other to the dogs. That's it. If you want to make any more specific accusation, please do so. Otherwise, if you don't want to keep being called conservative, then quit arguing like one. This is how conservatives operate: Vague insinuations designed to create distrust.

Trump doesn't make people do things,Trump is not responsible for two attempted murders in Iowa by a lunatic high in chrystal meth,if anything chrystal meth made her do it.

Trump may be a bad president but Trump does not put thoughts in peoples head,it's possible that Trump may have inspired a lot of the "alt right" to come out of the closet and show themselves to the world, but Trump doesn't put thoughts in peoples heads and is not responsible for peoples conduct.

You’re only posting this crap to oppose people and cause arguments because you thrive on it. If we all supported trump, you’d be sh*****g on us for that, just for the sake of sh*****g on people and creating conflict where none existed. You simply like to argue with people regardless of what the topic is. You’ve made it clear yourself that you aren’t pro or anti trump, so it’s plain as say that you’re simply pro conflict & like to argue for the sake of arguing. My best guess is that it helps you pass the time or something.

How about the crazies who’ve done crazy things and flat out disclosed that they were inspired by/motivated by trump and his words to do so? Like that nutter that was mailing bombs all over the country.

trump’s awful words do in fact cause some people to snap and act out in hate. Fact.

Did you already forget about Cesar Sayoc?

Most crazies don't cross the line into terrorists, but when they're constantly exposed to hateful rhetoric like the president and his supporters spew, they're far more likely to cross that line and behave violently.

Really? The bulk of the participants in those threads are getting along fine, you seem dedicated to coming in and creating conflict needlessly. Clearly you're enjoying jousting those windmills, but has it accomplished anything? Have you ever even once persuaded someone that you're taking the reasonable position and that they're taking an unreasonable one?

Never heard of that guy until now,but the fact that Trump inspired him does not mean Trump is responsible for his actions,he was so crazy he couldn't even rig a bomb properly and got only twenty years because his bombs were seen as meant to scare not harm.

He bears responsibility for his actions.
Trump bears responsibility for his actions like choosing to espouse rhetoric that riles up crazies.

Are you really trying to make the case that because he was an incompetent terrorist that he doesn't count? We should be grateful that so many terrorists are also incompetent imbeciles - but it doesn't make them any less terrorists.

Here's a list of Trump motivated terrorism and violence:

Mr. Sayoc is responsible for his own actions and the people he let inspire him,and will have the next 20 years to think of better people to listen to then Donald Trump.Donald Trump is not responsible for the actions of Mr. Sayoc.

Donald Trump is not responsible for the actions of Mr. Sayoc.

I didn't claim he was.

He's responsible for his rhetoric which has riled up many crazies, not just Mr. Sayoc. Ultimately Trump is a symptom of the problem, since those crazies have become a big enough problem that one can win an election by appealing to them without poisoning their candidacy by associating it with the sort of rhetoric that reaches those people.

I am not sure I would quite call Trump Joseph Goebbels but he has validated people who were already crazy. But people are ultimately responsible for there own actions.
