I'm sure hearsay evidence from "anonymous sources", where there is no way to confirm the accuracy of the information, nor whether the "sources" were ever in a position to actually have received it, would certainly be sufficient for some...Particularly if it reinforces pre-conceived opinions they may have.

Personally, I'll wait until actual, verifiable (or falsifyable) evidence is available before coming to any conclusions.

^^This is Trolling^^ I suppose Bric knows DJT better than his kids, the rest of the American government [currently trying to remove power from Trump via our Constitution's 25th Amendment], and is more qualified to diagnose his public behaviour than the dozens of doctors and psychiatrists who view his behaviour of late as being dangerous. I, for one, will be ignoring all of his comments on here from now on.

Brictoria is not trolling. The article specifically says this:

Quote:
People close to President Donald Trump are concerned his judgment is being affected by the one of the drugs used to treat his coronavirus infection, according to news reports citing anonymous sources.

The left-wing publication’s Gabriel Sherman, citing “two Republicans briefed on the family conversations”, said Don Jr had told friends he had tried lobbying Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner and Eric Trump to convince the President he needed to stop acting unstable.

The likelihood that Trump is being affected in some way by the medication he is taking is probably high, but there's no concrete truth to prove these conversations happened according to this article (maybe there are more concrete sources out there?). Its a rumor. The president has acted irresponsibly as evidenced by his publicity stunt outside the hospital, there is no doubt about that.

He (Trump) basically admitted taking a cocktail of drugs here

If someone is trolling, then the implication is that that person is a troll, is it not?

I think you are jumping the gun, here.
There is doubt about Trump's kid's comment being authentic if I understand Brictoria's position.
Please present verification that the comment was authentic.

But consider:
Even if the comment is authentic, it is not coming from a registered psychiatrist.

As to "dozens of doctors and psychiatrists who view his behaviour of late as being dangerous",
Have you forgotten about the deceptive/debunked statement that "97% of scientists agree", in regard to climate change?

Yes, I am naughty for bring that quote up, but please let us not go off on a climate change tangent.
Please consider the point I was making that you can't simply accept everything you hear at face value. 8)

The bottom line, however, is that Trump still seems more compos mentis than Joe Biden, though Biden did do relatively well in the debate, granted.. 8)

Regarding ignoring what Trump says.
Why would anyone believe what he says?
He is full of it,
Just like the Democrats and the media.

I don't automatically accept anything that is said in American politics.
It is a bloody joke,
But very entertaining.

I should hope so. 8)

Oh yes I know he is/was on a cocktail of drugs, that's why I said the likelihood is high that he's being affected to some degree, just that the articles sources on Trump junior stuff are murky...

Here's another article that talks about one of the steroids he was on. (maybe he's still on it? no official indication)

https://www.npr.org/sections/latest-updates-trump-covid-19-results/2020/10/08/921629391/trump-still-on-steroids-how-these-drugs-are-typically-used-to-treat-covid-19

Also quite common, especially among older patients are a range of psychiatric side effects, she added.

"Anything from feeling like you're on top of the world ... your arthritic aches and pains of age just melt away, you have lots of energy," she said. "There may be some grandiosity."

The drug can also cause agitation, insomnia and even, psychosis, Gounder said. "My own father was treated with high-dose steroids as part of his lymphoma regimen and developed acute psychosis requiring psychiatric hospitalization."

All these side effects point to the need to monitor people on these drugs carefully, she added.

If the president's doctors had prescribed him the recommended course of treatment, Trump would have finished the steroid therapy early next week. On Thursday evening, White House physician Dr. Sean Conley said Trump has completed his COVID-19 treatment.

Medical experts have said he is a sociopath and a narcissist. Plus his niece Mary Trump also wrote a book about him too. Donald tried to block it from being published.

https://politicalwire.com/2020/09/19/ex ... sociopath/

What Trump is doing right now is a textbook of a sociopath. No regard for other human beings about his exposure.

Medical experts feel Trump is a danger to the public:

This will be very interesting for our US history in the future.

Trump has serious personality issues, no doubt about that.
But consider why he got in.
It was because the American political aristocracy is so toxic. 8O

The greatest country on earth,
With a totally dysfunctional political and media system.
You gotta laugh.

what does it say about his voters that they'd vote for a sociopath?
