Africa is full of real minerals but it gains horribly little attention.
Money to lose comes before money to get. To get USA defend you, you need them already invested in you. And still we're preparing for a possibility that they don't come to help us because they're busy in Pacific.

He is American who recently retired, and recently moved there. He probably still lived here in the USA when you joined the site.

The northern two thirds of the Phllipines is mostly Roman Catholic ( a legacy of centuries of Spanish colonial rule).

The southern third is mostly Muslim (like neighoboring Malaysia and Indonesia).

They usually reflect light, they are usually designed to be easily detectable by trained soldiers and even war equipments.
