Reportedly, Pelosi made the observation that with Trump, "all roads lead to Putin."
To which Trump flew into hysterics, calling her, "a third grade politician." (Not third rate, but third grade.)
After that, the Dems got up and walked out.
Thanks for sharing CNN's assessment.
The crux of what happened in my opinion is that Pelosi basically walked out on the welfare of the Kurds.
No, Trump walked out on the Kurds, Pelosi walked out on Trump.
Considering that Pelosi is renowned for keeping her cool, whereas Trump is known for his hysterics, why is what you call the "CNN's assessment" so hard to believe?
She walked out on a meeting about the welfare of the Kurds. In the picture she's standing up and wagging her finger, which doesn't look like someone keeping their cool. It's a foregone conclusion that CNN is going to give just as much of a biased spin as I would expect from Fox. It tells you what your itching ears want to hear.
Uh, no. It was when she told Trump that with him, all roads lead back to Putin, that he had a major meltdown. And so what if it was on the subject of the Kurds; everything involving our departure from Syria involves pleasing Russia to one extent or another.
Wagging a finger does not a tantrum make.
I'm not saying that anyone had a major meltdown or a tantrum. That's your hyperbole, or CNN's, not mine. And the idea that Trump shouldn't get annoyed over endless accusations of conspiring with Russia is absurd. She stood up and made a finger wagging accusation at Trump, Trump fired back, and Pelosi walked out in a huff.
Note: "huff" does not equal "major meltdown", "tantrum" or "hysterics".
What Nancy seems to ignore are the number of times that Trump has gone against Russia.
But according to the Dems, Trump did have a major hissy fit, which is why the Dems walked out. Just look at Trump's team in the room, and see how shamefaced and embarrassed they appear.

That's not what she said on tv.
When interviewed, Pelosi didn't remember.
She suggested maybe she wanted to leave.

That's not the interview I saw with her. She and Schumer described Trump as in full meltdown.

Trump's team looks chagrined over Pelosi's behavior. Trump looks like the only one who's not phased by it. Beteen Pelosi and Trump, she's the one who looks bent out if shape. Trump looks like he's amused by it. And of course Pelosi and Schumer are going to claim Trump had a full meltdown, even though the picture suggests otherwise.
I think these memes pretty closely depict what was going on:

You shouldn't take a liar like Trump at face value. Just a rudimentary search of the news shows that things have not worked out alright.
I don't take much of anything at face value. Was that a rudimentary search of quasi-news like TYT and Buzzfeed?
Nope. Google News.

Trump is so emotionally shallow, he can be bent out of shape one minute, and act cool the next.

I figure unless the meeting was filmed or there's a transcript, all one can do is speculate and go by he said she said accounts.
That's how Trump got away with calling half the world s**tholes....no cameras...but there again he was caught on camera saying he could grab any woman by the "p****".,..yet 62% of college educated white American women thought that was ok....

Perhaps they interpreted as meaning consensual fondling as opposed to non-consensual groping.
It reminds me of a line from the movie Arthur.
"I race cars, play tennis, and fondle women, BUT! I have weekends off, and I am my own boss."
As for s**thole contries, those opposed to Trump on immigration, basically say the same thing about those countries. Describe them as full of poverty, corruption, crime, gangs, rapists, muderers etc.

The women who were subject to Trump's "fondling" say there was nothing consensual about it.

.
Me thinks Trump had male billionaire syndrome like Epstein and Weinstein, so used to having women throw themselves at him that after a while he couldn't distinguish between consensual and non-consensual

You mean the 17 different women who had a visit from men in black suites/sunglasses and asked to reconsider making rape allegations against Trump as their lives might be in danger?

That would be them.

Before I delve into that article, does it speak of those women receiving a visit from men in black suites/sunglasses and them being asked to reconsider making rape allegations against Trump as their lives might be in danger?
