I studied European post-war reconstruction history in year 12 and this was never covered in syllabus. We did cover Russian war atrocities and the partition of Germany. Hence my interest in a link.

I can envision some time in the future monument deniers, fake news, they are just doctored pictures, where are these "statues"? Destroyed by mobs during 2015-2020, instead of being moved to a museum like they should have been.
