Actually, that living Constitution is just code for the Constitution being meaningless.
You (referring to liberals as a group not you specifically) want to ignore the 2nd Amendment, favor the rights of Criminals, Terrorists, etc. over those of American citizens. You also want to do away with the 1st Amendment rights of anyone that disagrees with you.

Republicans weren't the ones accusing the American People of being accessories to murder in the Tuscon, Arizona shooting.

Also if you bring up drugs being illegal, I can throw it right back about it actually being a danger to others, or do you think Hallucinogens should be legal. You know the ones where people jumped out of 4-5 story buildings cause they throught they could fly.
American, and you could tell as much from the thread we are posting in. As for your last statements if is the key word and seeing as I haven't brought up any such thing, your statement is irrelevant.
EDIT: And the left wasn't accusing the American people of being accessories they where accusing the right of being accessories. A subset of the American people yes but they most certainly shouldn't be referred to as The American People.

Democrats didn't call all the American people accessories to the Tuscon shootings - just the lunatic fringe and those irresponsible politicians and media personalities who court them.

Republicans(yourself included) seem to do your fair share of accusing the left of quite a number of things, some rational, some entirely irrational.

No, the left just pointed to the ugly, violent rhetoric of the right, and said such words could translate into violence. They are just saying people, no matter who they are, should consider the impact of their words.

You deny the left did what I'm saying they did, and in the same post you turn around and do the very thing you denied you did it.

Which doesn't address any points I brought up in my post.
Uh the left was accusing the Tea Party, Rush Limbaugh, Beck, Bachmann, people that voted out the Democrats in 2010, of being accessories to murder, cause of their "violent rhetoric." In doing that, yes they accused the majority of the American people of being accessories to murder.

Asking people to consider their words more carefully, and actively seeking to suppress someones freedom of speech are hardly the same thing.
And no, I don't believe for a minute that most people who vote Republican are accessories to the shooting. Neither do most Democrats.

Then why are the Union signs in Wisconsin call the sitting Wisconsin Governor Adolf Hitler?
Looks like the left's idea of civility is complete silencing of their critics.

While the governor of Wisconsin is actually acting against the union members (Obama in fact did no such thing against the tea baggers), they should remember only Hitler is Hitler, and Governor Walker is just an a**hole.

How is he acting against Union members aside from saying they need to contribute more to their own retirement plans and pay more for their insurance.

Seriously, I'm not going to support my tax dollars going to the murder of infants.
You may be surprised to read this, but actually, I consider myself pro-life, too. I just find myself holding most of the pro-life movement in contempt. Caring about a baby while it's still in the womb, but allowing it to die from malnutrition or sickness, for some sick notion that making people pull themselves up by their own bootstraps is good for them, makes my stomach churn.
Possibly it's that the branch of the "pro-life movement" that handles that end of things doesn't necessarily identify itself, first and foremost, as pro-life. Charity soup kitchens and women's shelters and the like.
