I don't know if you know anything about military tactics but thats prcedure incase someone gets crazy or runs off. You know..unlike a military that you would support that would kill all of those people by cutting their heads off with a little knife because they were non believers.

But in those pictures After secureing their zone they would receive medical care if hurt or injured, the door that they smashed down is written in a receipt which the home owner takes to a facility and will get a brand new door replaced for free. They would also hand out medicine and if it was a convoy they would provide toys to candy or anything that the family would need.

That is a war zone...I don't see anyone cutting off their heads (like they would do to any non believer) That last one of the little girl sure is cut around the edges editing is great!

Well, one nice thing about this forum is if I'm ever thirsty there's never any shortage of Koolaid to go around.

Just to add *something* better than just a general tagline though - when you've got that many people over there, even if its true, its impossible to rule out the occasional idiot who does that - my thought is they need to be court-martialed on international television and the US needs to show that it doesn't stand for that kind of behavior. As for the rest of this though - hmmm, us standing at street corners vs. Saddam (ie. Stalin II) and Baathist party......military presence vs. rape rooms and acid baths.....they probably do have it pretty bad with us - I'm doubting we have their cable internet fully up and running yet....

I remember seeing some home video and there was some clips during the American to Iraqi control over the prisons and an Iraqi prisoner grabs an American gaurdsman begging/crying on his knees for him to not let the iraqis take over.

Oni, all that aside the guy was getting close to having enough of the UN in his pocket through the oil for food vouchers. If we take the only hypothesis thats allowed these days that won't get you laughed out of the room in a debate or discredited - ie. that there were no WMD's and Bush was wrong - you still had Saddam paying premiums to families of suicide bombers, shooting at planes over the no fly zones, and wanting to restart his weapons programs had he actually been able to buy the UN into lifting the sanctions and inspections. People could sit there and say that all those things were our fault and he just did that because we were bearing down on him - pfff, whatever, he did it to himself and regardless of what some may say we tend not to like doing things with our military unless forced.
