Not all cops are power hungry jerks,but the ones that are give all cops a bad rap.The cop only enforces the law,if the laws are stupid then vote or do something to change them.if some nut job goes into a movie theater and starts killing people how many people have the balls to go in there and take him down? I know I don't,I'm a coward and would get the h--l out of there.When s--t like that goes down you better hope there's a cop somewhere.The little county I live in is very poor,it would be a blow to the county to have to replace all those cars.there are better ways to protest.

the sheriffs dept. is doing a car wash to help raise money to replace the cruisers which will cost $350K

I'm sure it felt good but...

I used to go to college in NE Vermont. We used to drive to Montreal every once in a while and you'd have to be really careful as they'd be out after dark nailing people on US 91 for going 10 over as soon as you crossed over the border. It seems they could get quite an income for that. I don't know if it's the same department though.
