solution to israel vs palestina conflict
I don't think they'll have peace until both sides want peace so bad that they'll do anything to get it.
My suggestion is to let them fight it out. Blockade the entire area and don't let anyone or anything in or out. No help from anyone and no escape for anyone. Then let them fight.
When they get so sick of fighting and death and destruction, then maybe they would be ready for peace.
Until that time, there isn't a chance that they'll be at peace.
From reading the subseguent scary posts by White-as-snow justifying future religious war I think we should do the opposite.
Remove the original Israel, like a piece of sod, and allow it to become an "Israel shaped" bay of the Mediterranean!
The land of Israel is one big religious relic being fought over by three faiths. Its an attractive nuisance.
The land of Israel attracted the Christian Crusaders a thousand years ago, and later it attracted the Zionists exodus of Europe in modern times. Both times it only caused endless decades of war. And the magnet for both invasions was the religious significance of the real estate - not because the land had gold to be plundered nor any other practical resource of that kind.
When you find three screaming children fighting over a toy you dont award the toy to one kid. You just remove the toy.
SO...instead of building a second Israel. Lets evict everyone living in the original place now, and take the original piece of real estate- dig it out of the ground-allow water from the mediterranean to fill the void. And turn the whole land of Israel into fill dirt to be distributed world wide! That would conserve the land mass of the world as a whole so no one would suffer from loss of living space.
Remove the bone of contention. And you would have a chance for peace.

What now? A slice of Germany should have been carved out for the Jews NOT the Palestinians!

True, but how? Too bad we can't send a time-traveler back to fix the problem at its origins!

That was the original version of my idea, but folks would react with shock that I wanted the Jews to live next door their former persecutors.
Kinda like forcing a child to live next door to the childs abusing parents whom you just removed custody of the child from.
The ideal solution would have been to take a slice of eastern Germany the size of Palestine, and evict all of its German inhabitants. And then invite all Palestinian Arabs to move to that piece of vacated real estate and call it "New Palestine". And then let the Jews keep the original Palestine in the Near East. That way both Israelies and Palestinians would have a nationstate. And the only losers would be the Germans, and they deserve it because of what they did to the Jews in the Holocaust (this would be a form of reparation). The Palestinians would then renounce all claim to the original Palestine, but would have a well-watered piece of land at least as good the same size as the old Palestine- The Republic of New Palestine on the Baltic coast of Europe.
But nobody thought of that when Germany was newly defeated (and could be pushed around) back in 1945 or 47. So I dont see that solution as happening now.
People mooch off Germany enough how about they mooch off another middle eastern country? Saudi has all that spare land it don't really need or perhaps they could take a slice of Yemen because the countries government is too poor to do anything to protest anyways

Yeah, if the Saudis care so much about the Palestinians, let them walk the talk. But the truth is, they really don't care about them, save for political stances.

From what I understand, the Palestinians are barely a concern of the Saudis. It's hardly a topic worthy of a high level discussion.

They are for the Saudis because they can use the Palestinians as an excuse to denounce Israel for there political gain
They don't want to be associated with them. Only European leftists and terrorists like them because they hate jews.

In my opinion the Palestinians already have their own country, and understandably do not wish to ever give it up. A people need their homeland, and now the Palestinians are the ones being served an eviction notice! I find it very imperialistic that the western authorities gave away a piece of the middle east to the Jews, which was never theirs to give.
