He handcuffed the guy like he was pretending he was not dead. And he clearly drops something then picks it up again. He did not seem at all concerned for the guy. Scary that someone can be so indifferent.

We can't know much more then what is on the video!

Scott had missed child support payments, which shouldn't be a capital offense. He was unemployed at the time of his death, so it's easy to envision how he could have missed payments due to inability to pay. I'd imagine that scenario of having extremely tight finances is a pretty common one given the economy of the past few years.

The reason he was originally pulled over was for a broken taillight, which isn't even a crime under South Carolina law. So, basically, he was pulled over for Driving While Black.

At some point, the officer used his taser on Scott. After that, Scott fled and was murdered.

The missing portion right now is the time between the unjustified traffic stop and the tasering. How did it escalate to the point where Scott felt unsafe and attempted to flee?

All of which is pretty much irrelevant, at least to the officer being guilty of cold blooded-murder. No matter what happened, no matter how threatened the officer might have reasonably felt in the moments you're talking about, he had no rational or reasonable basis to be in fear for his safety at the moment he shot, when the unarmed man had his back to him and was running away. I suppose what transpired in those intervening moments - how it escalated- etc. might shed some light as to the officer being merely depraved, or being a racist a-hole on top of his depravity, but even if this could be shown to have nothing to do with racism and the officer just being a sick SOB, the incident still highlights a lot of problems that need to be addressed.

Shooting a fleeing suspect(even one that is armed) is much more often dangerous to pedestrians than simply apprehending the suspect later on, I can't tell you how many times cops end up shooting multiple passerbys because they irresponsibly emptied their clip into a crowd of people. Its the same thing with car chases really, the chase puts civilians at higher risk than the suspect ever does. How would you feel if you had a family member killed because of that?

If you want to qualify it as an active mass shooter or terrorist it is one thing, just being black or having long hair or just not obeying/respecting them is just justification but murder.

I wouldn't be surprised if you expect this alleged occupying enemy force to arrest and execute their own supporters.
