michigan court says juveniles can be raped in prison

As far as rape in prison don't look for that to end any time soon or ever. Well, they could go back to working them till they're too tired for anything like that or back to using the sweat box or the strap on them like what they used to back in the day. I can see the American Criminal Liberties Union (ACLU for short) having a cow over even the suggestion of any of the above.

Even if they did have enough guards to watch over everything they guards themselves wouldnt have the inclination to do it effectively. Guards like turmoil and predation within the prison population. That keeps the inmates angry at each other so they won't focus thier combined energies on overpowering the guards and breaking out en masse. Think about it.

Whatever, to me this is not an issue and nothing will be done about it anyways. Best advice is not to f**k up bad enough to get sent to an adult prison as a minor. Especially so for a twink.

And for the love of Pete would you PLEASE learn how to use the quote tools!

...That is one of the manymanymany " Basic Internet things I don't know how to do " ~ like getting a picture up , say :( ~ and , if someone could , someone in the same room as me , etc. , HELP ME , maybe I could (Really , much of the " standard " language is not-helpful in itself to tell me how to do things ~ I sometimes find paper instructions/whatever not sufficiently literal , too , I recall .) :( .

I worked as a lawyer before it all got too much for me and this decision stands civilised law on its head.

I read that as them giving them a cow they can have sex with, hehe. Anyway, I think a good place to start would be sepperating the prisoners outside of time to socialize, and especially not to force them to shower together. That is where the stripping of human dignity begins. The US houses an absurd number of prisoners, the first place to start will be reducing that because we don't need to package people like sardines.

After reading the contents of the texts, I'd have to say that someone, somewhere has really lost their marbles if they think it's morally & justifiable to allow juveniles to be raped.. The injustices of this world seem to go on and on..
