Trump's a jackass, he'd be (yet another) wretched President – but it wasn't he who suggested a database for Muslims, it was a reporter. Trump was talking about building a wall and controlling immigration and not really listening to what the reporter was saying.

I won't hold my breath waiting for anybody to apologize for the smears.

What the hell kind of President would Trump make if he responds to a question he wasn't really listening to? Imagine his policy decisions based on not paying attention to his advisors and the military.

See, you're assuming that since I don't appear to toe one side's party line, I'm on the other side. This is one problem with the current popular left, right, and you have to be either for or against.

I do know for a fact there'd be many cheering for conservative people tagged and locked up. I see people saying worst things daily on political forums.

Politicians often answer the question they wish had been asked rather than the one that actually was. You hadn't noticed?

Of course. I used to watch Crossfire, where that sort of thing was a common occurrence. A politician or someone involved in the political conversation, would be asked one question, and they'd be flying off in a tangent on some other subject.

and do you think Trump and his hardcore-Christian and White-supremacist followers would be tolerating toward the trans and gays, if they rule America?

First a special stamp for Muslims there, then there would be a special stamp for every "unaccepted" minority.
