I'm neither left nor right. I'm right in the middle.

Occupy Wall Street? Seriously? What a ridiculous comparison.

How do you think the NYPD would have responded if a couple of dozen of the Occupy Wall Street people had showed up with AR-15s and ammo bags? How do you think they would have responded if a large group of people even began to get out of their cars carrying black rifles with big magazines, picatinny rails and such like?

There are real examples from the left: the Weather Underground, Symbionese Liberation Army, FALN, etc. of course, these Bundy goons seem to be fantasists and posers, so they might seem to have more in common with Occupy, then again the SLA were fantasists and posers, too. Seems like it's the guns and willingness to use them that makes a difference.

I take offense to someone saying my reply is "ridiculous." I'm starting to get an itchy trigger finger for the report button.

^ How about we all start a go-fund-me campaign and get you a punching bag? How does that sound?

Why that would be very sweet, Mr. M. Would you also mind sending me a nice picture of yourself while you're at it?

ME! ME! ME!
REPORT ME!! !

I haven't received a TOS or a ban threat in three years and I'm starting to think the mods don't love me any more.

Why there would be no reason to report you - you make too much sense. I'd only report someone who shoots off from the mouth - not someone who shoots from the hip.

I'm assuming you wanted the picture so you could build me a "Thank You" shrine.

Both sides are guilty of this. :P

Exactly.

what is a more politically correct less offensive way to call replies of yours ridiculous?

I kind of like this one: "I'm trying to see your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my ass."

No offense to anyone. It was the first thing that came to mind when I read this post. It could be used against anyone's ridiculous post though. With my crazy sense of humor I couldn't help but post it. :geek:

The reason I said that is because I've been turned in so many times for attacking a person who has said something that now some people are going to get it right back. Saying that what I said is "ridiculous" is attacking ME, you understand? People want to play dirty and secretly report posts they don't like is how a 2 yrs old behaves. If I'm going to report someone, I'm going to tell them to their face because I don't play games. I'm tired of having to sensor myself while everyone else goes around here and spouts off whatever the hell they want. If I have to play by the rules, then so does everyone else.

That looks perfect! But I think there's one thing missing - could you also add a picture of your hind quarters and place it a little lower down - I'd like to work my legs too.

I really have no idea what you're on about here, who is secretly reporting your posts? Also personal attacks aren't allowed on this site people can think opinions are ridiculous all they want, but you couldn't call the person with a ridiculous opinion names or spew profanities at them. Either way anyone can report whatever they want and the mods get to decide if something goes to far and breaks the rules or not.

I'm not dumb. I know it's not the moderators doing it all. One person even told me to "slit my throat" and only got reprimanded when Fnord turned it in. That is going way beyond attacking someone. I try to treat people fair, but it seems in this forum there are some people who don't like to play fair, so I'm not going to either. I like a good debate just like anyone else, but the debate stops when someone says something about the other person instead of what the other person said. There's no reason to say what someone said is "ridiculous" - you say that you don't agree and then proceed with a reason why. That's how a debate should run.
