But what I do not get is isn't that 
discrimination 
, by treating students from different religions and cultures to different standards?
For example, if Native American male students are allowed to wear long hair, just because the long hair is "cultural", doesn't that discriminate 
against male students that want long hair, that do not come from cultures that involve long hair?

Well like I said, it looked to me at the time like he was being dressed as a girl and he totally looked like a little girl to me. One of my cousins who is 2 or 3 hasn't had his first haircut either, but he looks like boy with long hair.
I have nothing against trans. My comment stemmed from another article about 4-year-old trans kids and I think 4 is a bit young for a kid to decide on their own that they are transsexual.

He was 19
A student asked the trans dude how the trans dude could be confident that he wanted
breast reduction surgery 
. The student correctly pointed out that "you're still young"Then when I was 22 I came out as trans (2006 San Diego) to a homophobic self righteous Baptist cisgender man
He had the nerve to tell me that I did not identify as trans when I was young.
So 19 is too young and 22 is too old?
What is the correct age?

Lol if it was up to me clothing for 4 year olds would all be gender neutral
...But that aside to me it looked more like hippie clothing...so not particularly masculine or feminine. Also though article says son so I don't think this is a case of transgenderism. Though if the child expressed that he is a girl on his own for instance then I would hope his mom would support him...even if it ends up just being a phase, but could also be a sign of being transgender.

It does not matter if four year olds know how to express that they identify as trans.

does not provide minors any rights in terms of LGBT.No
right to transitionNo right to legal name change
No right to correct pronoun
No right to go to Gay Pride parade
The parents can tell the minor what to wear, what haircut to get, use wrong name and pronoun

CPS guarantees very few rights
My precious lil "parents" correctly pointed out that CPS does not require much except that parent provide room and board. And no physical or sex assault
My sister's friend's mom made her 12 year old children get outside jobs and pay 100 dollar monthly rent. That was 20 year ago. The mom was a teacher and the dad was an electrical engineer. They did not need the $$

When my sister's friend's brother was 12, his mom told him he "stole" orange juice from the fridge and "lied" about it. And his punishment was that he got grounded to his room six weeks
