The Republicans were indeed the party of Lincoln and Douglas...back in the day. That day is past, and the conservative Confederate flag waving "Christian" white racists are all Republicans now. I put Christian in quotes because if any of them came to realize that Christ was in fact a dark skinned Jew their heads would probably explode.

I've also heard the hypothesis that the Apostle Paul was one of us, if you take my meaning (and I don't mean an Aspie). I think it makes sense in light of the 'thorn in his flesh' and 'continual sin' that he complained of in the Epistles. If he was a homosexual Jew, raised to view homosexuality as a sin, and then lived in the Ancient Roman Empire, where most Romans had no problem with it whatsoever, it must have been very hard for him.


Why overlook Jesus himself? The guy hung out with 12 dudes drinking wine.

You left-wing types just cannot understand that the Republicans are led by a liberal NY Republican, with a very ethnically mixed family. I mean, the only WASP member of the Presidents' family is him.

Odds are, any given white racist in the US voted for Trump. After his victory, they were painting swastickas on public property with the words "MAKE AMERICA WHITE AGAIN". (google it).

That's who elected this guy. White racists who are terrified the USA will someday be a place where they are the minority.

A great deal of people whom support Trump if not a great deal of people within the Republican party have harbored this long term fear and hostilities towards minorities;whether it's been black,Asian, Hispanic, or any other group of people whom are not Caucasian. In my genealogical tree there is both Native America lineages as well as a confirmed African ancestry too despite the fact, this would literally one side of my family to fly off t he rain and go into childish tantrums etc due to willful disinterestedness and denial.Myself, I tend to take the notion that you can find both benevolent and malevolent people in all racial & ethnically groups as, no particular collection of persons are the sole party known for crime or any other immoral activity.
