It does come off as kooky. I understand people not liking maga hats and not liking trump. But there must be more reasonable ways of expressing it, rather than taking it to such extremes.

Most liberals aren't like the Antifa folks.

Neither are the vast majority of conservatives sympathetic to things like Nazism.

You'd be surprised how many aren't sympathetic to Trumpism.

There's nothing liberal about Antifa.

I agree. Nothing liberal about them. Very fascistic, if you ask me.

But there are conservatives out there who use them as an example of "bad" liberalism.

It's not just dark skinned people who have been convinced to think certain ways. Most of the same people of any color could be convinced of most anything most of the media tells them. And we all know who controls most of the media. Maybe someday the sheepeople will wake up.

the MAGA cap could become an emblem of racism, bigotry, and tribalism. Even if, perhaps, not everyone who wears it is a “racist".

At least understand that when many of your fellow Americans see a MAGA hat, they see… support for a man initiating policies that focus on harming minorities at an alarming rate.

The "Make America Great Again" slogan was made into a fascist, racist et al emblem by most of the media the day it came out. A great deal of the attitudes towards the president were created by the media. It's like people believing Bill Clinton met with extraterrestrials and Bat Boy exists because they read it in the Weekly World News.

If I didn't know better I'd think that was satire. That article is grotesque and I very much doubt there's any truth in at all. Designed to scare people to scam them out of money. Despicable.

Well, with a name like "npcdaily"...

Now that article is much more reasonable. But as it says, the Trump hat means different things to different people. Far better to give the benefit of the doubt than to assume the worst. If you really want to know why they're wearing the hat, just ask. Because you're showing support for something or someone doesn't mean that you support every single aspect of what you support.
