The devil you know or the devil you only think you know? Hmm ... tough choice.

Better him than Bloomberg -- the DNC's version of DJT.

Bloomberg is Trump except orders of magnitudes richer, just as much of an ass and only a fraction as funny. Not sure if that's a winning combination.

Certainly not enough to win the nomination, unless he has friends in Russia whom we know nothing about.

I think Bloomberg entered the race and spent approx half a billion dollars to curry favor for the rest of his life with those that are richer and more powerful than he is.

Possibly true, though the list of people that are richer is, what, 8 people?

Money and power generally go together, but it's certainly possible there are people that are powerful that may not have as much money as he does as well as the possibility that there are more than the 8 you speak of that simply aren't known.

Interesting that a 74 year old* incumbent will likely be running against someone 4 or 5 years older when it comes to Biden, Sanders and Bloomberg.

*Trump is currently 73, but will be 74 by November. Likewise Sanders will be 79. Biden will turn 78 Nov 20th. Bloomberg turned 78 about a month ago.

Ah, but that's what a good running mate is for.
