If you’re in Missouri, it’s 1,031 cases and 13 deaths.

In Kansas, it’s 368 cases and 8 deaths.

No state except NY State has even close to 1,000 deaths. NYC will probably reach 1,000 deaths today.

Thank you Kraftie ... your correction was a relief to me ... if there is any relief to be had, given the situation . :!:

Because he has a summer home nearby,70's era singer James Taylor has donated $500,000 to our local hospital for Covid-19 assistance.

What's weird is I came down with something around Jan 3rd that had all the coronavirus symptoms. It was a very mysterious illness. Sudden fever, tiredness, aches, then lungs and coughing. But I was not sick enough to raise any alarms. The fever only got to about 101. But I felt like my immune system was fighting hard to get rid of some nasty bug. The fever broke after a couple of days, but I felt tired for about a week.

I got something that floored me for at least 2 months.
I couldn't eat for a week.
Forced myself to eat for over 3 weeks.
I was delirious and couldn't walk more than a dozen paces before I was too exhausted to go on.
High fever, but interestingly, a runny nose which isn't symptomatic of corona.
I couldn't lie down to sleep without getting "asthma anxiety".
Coughed for over 6 weeks, though that is the default, for me.
I got bugger all sleep for a month or two.
I never had anything/k like this in my life, before.
I never want to go through that again.
The doctor was surprised by my symptoms and didn't think it was the flu.

I got this well before we heard of the coronavirus.
Could I have caught something from a product sent from china?
I'm not convinced, but I still wonder about it.
