That’s probably what will happen with these blanket DNR letters: investigations by the BMA & GMC, followed by parliamentary enquiry, followed by a judicial review.
There will most likely be suspensions during the process, with some people reinstated and others struck off the medical register and banned from practicing in the UK for life.
This process will most likely take a few years.
