Any chance you could enlighten us with the facts that prove that it was aimed at any one person or group?
Or is the claim unsuported by facts and so just a poor attempt at assigning a motive that would suit a given political narrative?
Unsubstantiated claims (as this appears to have been at this point) are what ends with legitimate occurrences being ignored\downplayed, as people have become "desensitized" through the "false alarms", and can eventually result in people turning against a cause, as well as causing them to doubt the integrity of those who made the false claims.
The FBI may have wrapped up their investigation but NASCAR said "We are continuing our portion of the investigation to try to determine why there was a rope fashioned into a noose, which obviously happened sometime last October or before."
Obviously in the US everyone knows what hanging a noose means....a lynching
