A wise warning. It's not a pretty sight on so many levels. You have been warned.
Here's the video...
So the actress (dressed in a cocktail dress and heels) suggest they have a drink in the bedroom and Giuliani says yes?
He then asks for her phone number? in the video he can be seen attempting to play with/undress Bakalova?
Finally he lies on the bed and undoes his pants with his fingers around his groin
I mean seriously??

Bulldust.
What is wrong with you, dude?
Where is he "attempting to play with/undress Bakalova"?
You are trashing your rep.
Also, apart from when Borat storms into the room to declare she is 15 and too old for him, when did it become clear she was supposed to be 15?
I'd be surprised if "Borat" would have mentioned it beforehand.
She doesn't look 15 to me, btw, probably because she is/was(?) 24, at the time.
See how disinformation works.
Not sure why you are getting hot under the collar Pepe (no pun)
Ok so I've worn a microphone before and it usually goes on your lapelle, jacket or shirt collar,
If I am taking off a microphone after an interview I would never imagine lying down and adjusting my pants, I'm not saying he was playing with himself. I'm just saying it looks weird.
Baron-Cohen said "judge for yourself", that's all I am doing,

I am not particularly hot under the collar.
I find it interesting how you skip from what is being discussed to something else.
You have done this a number of times, lately.
You said: "in the video he can be seen attempting to play with/undress Bakalova?"
I said there is nothing in the video which suggests this.
Rather than acknowledge you invented something which was not true, you talk about: "I've worn a microphone before and it usually goes on your lapelle, jacket or shirt collar,"
This is a non-sequitur and avoids my observation.
Are you emulating Dan Andrews?
I am getting the impression that this behaviour is involuntary.
If so, I find that rather odd, and perhaps concerning for you.
Regarding him putting his hand down his pants, he may have actually been "flirting".
I just don't really know.

Not sure why you are taking this personally Pepe but I'll address these two points as you are accusing me of lying.
1. I have lectured and given seminars before so I have worn a microphone hundreds of times. In order to to pick up my voice the wire is connected at the top part of the jacket or collared shirt. I have also been interviewed twice and while I appreciate the wire needs to be hidden its not my experience that taking a wire off requires adjusting my pants. Hence my legitimate comment that it looks weird why Giuliani needed to adjust his pants.
2. There is a scene in the video between the time Guiliani and Bakalova walk into the room and the moment he is lying down on bed that Giuliani appears to be fiddling with Bakalova's dress (see 1.12)
BTW I will politely ask you to please not call me names......thank you

I would agree...The "closest" he gets to anything resembling what was imagined was him patting her back while she is removing some of the audio equipment connected to the microphone.

You didn't notice the dishonest way in which the transmitter required for the microphone to work was not mentioned? (Here is a dual microphone\transmitter set with receiver.)

Having worked on many stage producations, as well as assisting with conferences\presentations at work, the fact that this was not mentioned indicates that someone either has not worn\used one of these microphones, or is being deceptive in order to hide inconvenient details that weaken their narrative. The transmitter normally goes at the back or side (on a person's belt), but this being Borat (and the fact the interview was taking place whilst seated), it is entirely likely that it (and the wiring for the microphone) were arranged in order to cause a scene such as occurred for the movie, probably under the guise of it being more "comfortable" when seated, with the wires leading under the shirt (again, likely, as otherwise there is the risk of them being visible given his jacket was unbuttoned).

I'm glad it's not just me who has noticed this pattern of behaviour. I have wondered if it is a form of cognitive disonance, as it normally appears when facts are presented by others which contradict the narrative being pushed as "true".

Having seen the footage, the claim of tucking the shirt in does appear reasonable - you see him seated when she removed the transmitter and wiring - It looks like instead of undoing the microphone and threading cable for it out from the microphone end, the microphone and cable were all removed with the transmitter, as there is a large quantity of wiring in her hand (He does pat her back a couple of times while she is removing this), then when she has moved away, you see him lie back and tuck one side of his shirt back in, remove his hand, tuck other side in, then the film cuts to Borat.

I assume this snide remark (bit a of a pattern with you Bric) is aimed at me. I'm afraid to burst your bubble but I have used the wireless transmitter device you have in the diagram and am very familiar with it.
The transmitter device (note: I am a user so I am not familiar with the technical term) sits in my jacket pocket and the wire to the microphone goes under the jacket to a lapelle or sometimes to the collar of my shirt (I sometimes move it to my jacket as it sometimes brushes the jacket collar making a rubbing sound picked up by the microphone if I am walking around but if I am sitting still I can leave it on).
I have never had to adjust my pants to take it off. Hence my question why Giuliani would need to adjust his pants. The only possible reason is that he chose to carry the transmitter in his trouser pocket or belt in which case he would just unclip the device from his belt or take it out of his trouser pocket (I don't do this because if you are wearing slacks it tends to make pants heavy and pushes down.
The only reason Giuliani might adjust his pants is if he threaded the wire through his belt which is something I have never done and don't see any logical reason to do this. Alternatively he might have got the wire tangled around his belt but this doesn't require him to remove his pants.
As usual I am happy to be corrected but based on the video which is also the only source of information others have to go by then Giulini's behaviour looks strange to me.

Would like to get an impartial second opinion on what Giuliani's hands are doing as you are not impartial when it comes to anything that is conservative-related.

I am not taking this personally.
You are misrepresenting the situation, again. <sigh>
As The Oracle of Truth, I can't sit back and let you pervert the Truth.
No, he wasn't undressing her. It appears the mic, or something, got caught on her dress.
He says: "There you go, my dear."
She says: "OK."
Also, it was she who invited him into the bedroom.
For what reason?
For goodness sakes, what guy wouldn't be encouraged?
Also, in the first video in this thread, there was nothing that suggested there was any contact between him and the woman.
Then you presented further video footage which didn't indicate he was undressing her either.
So, in both videos, there is no evidence that he was trying to undress her.
Once again, what you said was misleading.
I rest my case, me Lord.

"Listen to me carefully, I will only say this once." (A joke from a sitcom).
Have you *ever* been interviewed by Borat's Daughter?
If you had, you too may have had the mic and receiver arranged in such a way as to make you look compromised.
I think my comment should clear things up, now.
