This video shows Castillo started it,,,,she was blowing her horn at the protestors
She quite clearly reacted to a cyclist tapping her car telling her to stop,

Not in my wildest dreams would I think of ploughing down innocent people
Woman was lying through her teeth and the judge fell for her lies

I stand by what I say. She lied. Got away with attempted murder (Please stop defending this racist karen)

As I mentioned twice now, If a normal person witnesses a protesting mob, they would reverse and take a different route.

I also strongly believe she was more worried about damage to her BMW > safety of her daughter or protestors. In order to avoid protestors damaging her car she made a split second decision to potentially kill a few. Her intent is what she has been trying to conceal. And she has been successful in suckering the judge.

She's a female Kyle Rittenhouse, except she used her vehicle to kill whereas Rittenhosue used his AR15. Both of them used a dangerous weapon and claimed self-defense and both of them were in a place they should not have been,

I would be very very interested if she drove past barricades or chose to endganger her everyone because she was trying to make a short cut. All of this was never investigated under cross-examination

I wasn't talking about the driver, I was talking about what I would do. You can disagree with what I said, but to rant on about a female Kyle Rittenhouse shows you didn't read what I said or ascribed something to what I said which I didn't.

Who is defending this 'racist karen' , I certainly haven't , in fact in my very first post I said what she did was f*****g awful. Stop virtue signalling and trying to make me out to be a racist sympathiser you silly man.

Dude, I think this is a different hit and run, this video is at night, did she go back when it got dark to hit more people?

Yeah 'racist karen' happened on On December 11th, 2020.

The video you posted happened on Thursday night (September 4) 2020.

I'd prefer a psychologist make that decision and not a judge. In my view a judge is no more qualified to make this interpretation on her intent any more than Joe Bloggs randomly picked off the street.

Psychologists can be brought into the court to give their expert advice

In this case one wasn't called in

Blame the prosecution for not doing their job, I guess. :scratch:

They offered her a plea deal (as she did not have a criminal record, flee the scene, and insists she did not intend to hurt protestors (debatable) while also taking responsibility for the incident), the blame lies with the DA not a Judge who likes mushrooms.

I wish people would quit using the word “Karen.” It’s sexist.

It’s ironic when people who are quick to imply that people are racist use such terms, so racism is bad but sexism is not?
