According to multiple sources, the police officer (Brian Sicknick) who died during the Capitol attack did so after he earlier had been hit in the head by a fire extinguisher.

Here is a video showing exactly such an event (starts at 1:37):

There is no confirmation so far that this is Sicknick, however (or that it was the fire extinguisher which directly contributed to his death).

Some sources say a blood clot in the brain, which is - well - brain injury. But Sicknick was also hit by some chemical substances which may have contributed to his death.

FDNY Gives FBI Info on Members Who Attended US Capitol Riot

An image circulating on Twitter after Wednesday's riot captured a person standing just outside the building in clothing with "“FDNY Squad 252” printed on the back. Dwyer told the NY Post the man in the photo was “not an active member of the department."

Yep. I don't know how functional it would have been, as none of these guys came across as rocket scientists, but had things gone differently and they had gotten a hold of some senators and representatives, I have no doubt they would have tried making it work.

The state representative from West Virginia has been arrested. He filmed himself storming the Capitol. Fortunately for the prosecution, an idiot.

We should at least give credit to the rioters for thoroughly documenting their crimes on video in order to aid law enforcement in the subsequent investigations.

... After all, it's usually so hard to find honest criminals these days.

And if Pepe could manage to fire up Google/Bing/whatever and do a little basic research to find evidence for himself and become, you know, better informed - he'd discover that the mob was also shouting "Hang Mike Pence". Pence wasn't hustled off to a secure bunker because it's a fun party game - these idiots were serious.

Hard core Trumpsters view Pence as a traitor. Traitor because Pence did the right thing... and acted out of loyalty to the constitution, and officially declared Biden's victory at the Electorial College ceremony...instead of acting out of personal loyalty to Trump, and doing whatever the heck it was that they expected him to do...to somehow steal the election for Trump.

HOW TERRIBLE...Pence did his job, and stayed loyal to U.S. Constitution!
