Just because one disagrees with you politically—doesn’t mean one dislikes you as a person.

I got banned from AF for 'posting n-word music' within a few days of joining.

More specifically asking why the obscene metal that myself and others posted and the rap videos where you could see a white guy's face never got deleted but whenever I posted a video with a black artist or no picture it got deleted. I got banned and they listed the reason as 'threatening him'.

A girl I work with, Abena described a supervisor repeatedly asking why she was threatening him after she asked a relatively tame question. I whole-heatedly believe her that a white person would have pretend to feel threatened over a simple question regarding why she was getting in trouble. But, since a lot of people at HCM wouldn't have had my experience I'm pretty sure she was repeatedly (but not intentionally) gaslit by people telling her what happened couldn't have happened.

They couldn’t bother to comfort me when my grandma died or any other time I’m in distrust.
I see them comfort person above me and then person below me purposely ignoring me.

My work is conservative and I know based on their opinions they if they knew Im disabled and on social security they wouldn’t talk to me anymore. Non less if they knew my left leaning opinions.
