If would certainly fit ths narrative some folk have pushed here, of Antifa being some " vast left-wing conspiracy, " rather than a bunch of pissant latter-day would-be " marauders " about on the level of the Sharks and Jets in West Side Story! You WANTED it to be true?

Another rumor about Paddock — for whom authorities have not disclosed a motive — circulating on the far-right is that he had ties to “Antifa,” the umbrella term for anti-fascist activist organizations. It appears to stem from a now-deleted post on a troll Facebook account posing as a page for the “Melbourne Antifa,” claiming that Paddock was a member.

A few evidence-free tweets have gone viral while repeating this claim.

Some of those tweets also appear to conflate this rumor with another, separate thread of misinformation about Geary Danley, who was falsely pegged as the shooter by a bunch of far-right Internet sleuths. Danley had liked the pages of several liberal television shows and interest groups on Facebook, which lead to the initial rumor that the shooter was an anti-Trump Democrat. It bears repeating that police have not given a motive for Paddock, beyond saying that they believe it was a “lone wolf” attack.

Meanwhile Infowars is simultaneously running with the Antifa and Islamic State stories, while suggesting that the whole attack might also be a false flag “scripted by deep state Democrats and their Islamic allies.”

Marilou Danley was not a suspect, and she did not warn concert-goers they were “all going to die” before the shooting
Police said they were searching for a woman named Marilou Danley after the shooting, saying that they wanted to question her. But she was not described as a suspect — only a “traveling companion.” Public records indicate that Danley and Paddock lived at the same address. Eventually, investigators said that they were able to locate and talk to Danley, and that they do not believe she was involved in the shooting.

Seems you've silenced the "chatty" crowd here B19 once you mention the unsubstantiated conspiracy theories the pro-Trump people are trying to peddle that the killing must be left wing inspired.

You know for someone who had a bunch of information wrong the last time I heard anything out of you, you surely have no room to talk. WHEN DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SLEEP AROUND HERE?!

I for one thought it interesting that B19 had INFOWARS information anywhere in her post at all as that is ALEX JONES. Whenever I use Alex Jones as a source, I get shot down immediately by everyone here on the Left.

One thing I want to say about sources is that you have to be willing to have an open mind and listen to more than just the so called"reputable" ones because those sources are not going to want to publicize certain information that might be too "risky".

Now back to more beautyrest. I have to get up early - 10:30.

This often happens when people hear gunshots----in THIS case, it could be because he was shooting from two different windows; in other cases, it might be because the sound is reverberating off of something.

Yeah, I definitely agree with this. I feel it's really important to, at least, consider ALL sources.

As EzraS mentioned, most Americans sleep during that time... Besides, most of us don't believe AntiFA or even ISIS (except for maybe 1 or 2 here). If you would have read my entire post earlier, instead of getting affixed on the AntiFA part (friend of yours?). You may have understood I was trying to calm nurseangela down and explain why they won't immediately release info if their is still a probable ongoing threat.

Hey Miss C. Sorry I was a little short with you last night. I think I process things differently than most of you guys. Too much info and I get overloaded. I also don't always go back to read stuff because I'm too busy trying to post new info I just found out. I get way too many emails to go back and look at replies that way.
