This is fake news.

I called him out for acting immature when he was acting immature. Referring to his emotional age of ~12 was just straight up math based on the documented fact that Aspies have an emotional age of ~2/3 our chronological age. 2/3*18=12, just as 2/3*37=my emotional age of ~25.

There was no bullying over EzraS age, only him not liking that I pointed those facts out.

I'm not really concerned with intentions at the moment, if he felt bullied I'm not going invalidate that or argue that he's not entitled to feel that way.

I'm just drawing attention to the fact neither of us can speak for all of the people who roughly agree with us on this matter, and that the bulk of those people have never acted in a way that would support dismissing them all as phony people who only care because they agree with her and who would gladly attack him mercilessly because they don't agree with him.

Hmm, maybe I should be offended that EzraS has been expending posting energy the last 24 hours to bully me for being anti trump? He’s been falsely accusing “the 5,” of spamming the forums even though there’s something brand new to hate about what trump has said or done with each new set of daily headlines.

Perhaps he should stop bullying people for their interest in discussing the vile behaviour of the man in the most powerful office on Earth. Pot, kettle, black, sort of behaviour IMO.

We're both twice his age and should have a slightly thicker skin, it's not that hard to try to be more careful that nothing appears personal towards him. Nothing needs to be said about Ezra, since he's not the topic. Keep making the points about Trump, ignore attempts to drag it into personal territory. Basically, invalidate the complaints by making them be utterly baseless.

That said, the topics about Trump's asshole-ish behaviour will only go away when he ceases to be an a**hole, and that complaining about people discussing his asshole-ish behaviour isn't going to discourage discussion of said behaviour. No one is obliging anyone to participate in them so whining that people are still discussing his behaviour misses the point, if anyone is sick of these threads, blame the person who's behaviour results in them being made. Posters should stop complaining about these threads, on that I agree with you.

Oh, I definitely have a thick skin.. Been putting up with text abuse from EzraS and others for several years for sharing what I’ve learned and done re: treating ASD.

EzraS has made a point of saying that he’s officially an adult now & wants to be treated as such, so, why should I or anyone else treat him like a child? He’s said he doesn’t want such special treatment.

But I agree with you, there’s no sense in taking his bait and engaging in conversation about whether or not I or there should discuss trump - we can just unite him and discuss trump if we feel like it.

As for Greta, trump’s tweets were extremely immature. ~73yo POTUS whining about Greta for promoting science based policy making & being named Time’s person of the year. So pathetic. If I were Greta I’d have just laughed out loud at how big of a loser the president of the United States is being by tweeting such ridiculously petty crap at a 16yo activist.

He seems to be relying on that. If he does rotten things too fast to keep track of it just turns into noise, but that doesn't mean he's not doing loads of rotten things that ought to be discussed.
