I'm okay with getting ganged up on because the philosophy our family has lived by is working. Get an education, or a trade and work hard. Trust God for the rest...

The looney left can't make a damn thing work out the way the want it to, even after 8 years with Barack Hussein Obama.

But why TRUMP?

Why not someone conservative, yet sensible?

Someone who doesn’t spend the wee hours Tweeting about perceived slights to him? And calling people names?

Maybe someone closer to Reagan in temperament?

alfred hitchcock would have known the reason straightaway, it is the same reason that millions of people watched his programs as they could be vicarious participants in mayhem. his supporters see him as somebody like themselves but much more successful. birds of a feather, after all. they see in him their means of sticking it to their enemies [anybody not like themselves].

His tweets flip out liberals not conservatives.

McCain was a conservative who didn’t care for his tweets.

Some of his targets have included conservatives—even some who were (and are) in his administration.

It isn't that hard to reserch why conservatives chose Trump and why they would vote for him again. That is from their perspective of why rather the liberals perspective of why.

I just hope someone mounts a serious challenge to Trump for the Republican nomination.

I would be glad to have someone better to win the 2020 election.

But my guess is it will be him against Biden or Warren and he's going to make mincemeat out of either one.

Don't be so sure.

I don't understand why any disabled folk want to support him. He is only interested in those who have bank accounts of many millions.

People tend not to be rational. Workers and the other common folk in the U.S. have a long history of voting against their own personal interests because of the allure of, "If I suck-up to rich people enough, I'll be rich one day too!"

If Trump loses any state that he's won before in 2020, he will lose the election.

Florida comes to mind; Trump barely won it in 2016.

And if he loses states Democrats usually win (e.g., Wisconsin), then it'll be a foregone conclusion that he will lose.

I'm not sure, but this kind of sycophancy seems suspiciously similar to the "Servant Mentality" of some people -- "Be kind, polite, and respectful to your superiors, and one day they may consider you their equal".

I hate dealing with people who suck-up to The Big Boss and then turn around and act as if they speak with all the authority of The Big Boss. Then again, their employment usually doesn't last very long anyway.

I'm just predicting what I think will happen based on everyone who has run against him. He basically mowed down all his 2016 competitors in debates. I am not saying that as giving praise, it is just what happened in my opinion. Now if he had run against Obama or someone more like him as a speaker, I'm sure he would have lost. I do not see any Obamas among the democrats currently running.

Let's hope his speeches make more sense than his late night tweets then.

From an outside the US perspective Bernie seems bland this time around and Biden not very inspiring either. How is Warren shaping up? Seems like younger candidates such as Kamala Harris, Beto aand Mayor Pete aren't making much headway and more experienced ones have an edge.
