Richard M. Dolan is not a scientist, nor a trained investigator. He is instead a radio personality, historian, writer, and entertainer. He raises more questions than he answers, and has done nothing to advance any real scientific knowledge - that is, knowledge that can be objectively verified, or that is presented with valid material evidence.

And of course government officials will deny the existence of their "Black Ops" projects - the public has no need to know!

I have often wondered why only those with the most strident voices will take a flying leap from "There is no valid material evidence to support this claim" to "There is a conspiracy to suppress all valid material evidence that would support the claim."

I could recommend a different flying leap to take ...

The event Dolan documented was public information.

The radar tracking is a permanent record.
