It helps to not be alone in misery.

I wonder how Nancy Reagan's daughter is doing with her Mum's death. They had a complicated relationship.

I suppose only her and her brother know for sure... it is always a strange feeling when we are suddenly all alone, no more living parents.

Maybe, she will write about the second "long goodbye".

an eternal "long hello". I hope my pets are there and people like you. I don't think Nancy will be there as I don't think she approved of people like me. She approved of Princess Diana types. Maybe, there are many kinds of heavens because it would not be heaven if people you do not approve of are there.

she DEFINITELY didn't approve of people like me whom she infamously termed "riffraff." anyways I wouldn't join any club that wouldn't have me  and in the bible it says "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you." I take that to believe there is a heavenly place for anyone and everyone who is even remotely light in spirit. a lot of politicians/high mucky-mucks might get the cheap seats, however, keeping in mind that biblical thing about how a rich man can enter heaven as easily as a camel can go through the eye of the needle.

I guess that is one deal where the Donald is not a winner.

I'm guessing he will get a cheap seat as I don't believe he had any direct hand in murdering anybody. but I believe he will loudly grouse about the cheap seat just the same and not be grateful he avoided the other place.

Out of respect for her memory, I won't say anything bad about Mrs. Reagan. But I heard she gave great blow jobs.

And that's why Ronny never had a "Monica Lewinsky" like Bill. Maybe you should rethink your choice on Hillary and vote Conservative.

Intern sex is hotter than wife sex. Point goes to Clinton for having the more interesting husband.

The Reagans had courted the religious right for their eight years in the White House, but I have to wonder if they cared at all that both Ron and Nancy were involved with fortune tellers, psychics, and the like, who evangelicals damn to Hell.

I think the evangelicals thought the Reagans were in their camp and 99.99% of them had not a clue about any of their deviations from the evangelical program. the Reagans used them and they had not a clue.

I'm beginning to think that with very few exceptions there is no such thing as a "good boy" alpha. they are mostly all horndogs. one has to go back in time, to WW2 to find a decent man in the form of General George Marshall [of The Marshall Plan which saved Europe after WW2].

I dare say even most conservatives concede that Obama is a first rate father and husband.

I did some research and found out that he too has a wandering eye. not even the most clever man can hide it all the time, not in this internet age.

I think Obama's wandering eye amounts to the lust Carter felt in his heart. Noticing an attractive young lady of course isn't the same as having sex with her. A guy, even a married guy, would have to be dead not to look at the menu - - as long as you don't order anything to taste.

Michelle notices Barack's wandering eye also.

Been reading the tabloids a lot have we?

The other rumors are that Obama is gay.

The gay rumors were started by right wing loons who think if enough people believe the President is gay, then he'll be impeached. Funny, but I don't recall being gay an impeachable offense.

Was James Buchanan gay?

Actually, there was a lot more evidence for Buchanan than for Obama. And there are some who suggest Lincoln might have been bisexual.
