So no thoughts on the Oboner?

Seems way more lewd than words, watch the vid! What else is he doing? Media even says 'no flashing' in the video altho it seems like they are all more than willing participants of course. Obama could do to the media what Trump only joked about.

I watched the video. I actually think he was trying to hide it and./or didn't realize that it was visible. It's sort of a weird situation to be in. He should have just turned around but if he did that it would look odd as well. Maybe the bathroom door was closed?

I get your point he could have been doing this on purpose but all guys have gotten in awkward situations like this. It's possible he just couldn't figure out the best course of action. I see this video more of Obama being harassed than Obama purposely "putting on a show." All those contortions he is doing are try to hide it but he didn't do a very good job at it.

how about this for lewd?

You're not caring to see th difference between this and what Trump said. It's not about being a potty mouth, but about how Trump brags about taking advantage of women.

Dude, would a "professional" person giving a speech actually use that word in the first place? He read the quote then used the word in his own words. I see using the word in a speech much more offensive than "locker room talk". What the hell kind of group did he belong to?!

I believe he was specifically at a book reading, not giving a speech.

It doesn't really matter what he did because it's all OK in your eyes, right? He could even be talking to a bunch of 5 yr olds and it would still be peachy keen.

No, it's the context that matters. And the President was not ridiculing women or anyone else while describing taking sexual advantage of that or another person, as Trump had.

Obama is at least a role model.

Black people would be far worse off if it wasn't for people like Malcolm X.
Who to, serial killers? His drone campaign is disgusting. He's given himself the right to kill anyone at any time if they might be possibly considering possibly one day thinking about the possibility of maybe doing something against America or Americans. And that will include anyone else around, at a family barbecue or such.

Malcolm X's black muslim militancy was a product of it's time. Even he changed toward the end of his life around the mid 1960s (before getting assassinated by the very people he supported) as he realised that you can't create a self declared separate "nation of islam" within the US when you are interdependent on the very people his organisation called the "enemy"

Obama (regardless of what you think of him) at least has demonstrated that education and hard work yields better results for social mobility than militancy. Yes there is certainly resistance and African Americans have to try many times harder to achieve the same as the rest of America. But the long term goals of the African American community is invariably assimilation. How long it takes is going to be up to them.

I think this is a really stupid diversion that has nothing to do with actual issues regarding the condition of this nation. I'd say since Trump doesn't have a history of sexually assaulting women, his comments were purely anecdotal. All a lot of people seem to focus on is nonsense. Combovers, small hands, "Dr. Evil outfits", she coughed, he sniffed, he said the P word, she flinched because someone stuck a phone in her face. It's all pure nonsense, that has nothing to do with running the country.

Trump isn't the problem. The scary thing would be if Trump died in office and Mike Pence became the president.

I thought the truth of that video was settled on this thread yesterday.
And "so-called" President? He was elected by a majority of the American people.

Getting excited about some old video showing an embarrassing moment makes you look silly. Do you not realize that by disrespecting your president your are disrespecting your country. Or maybe that is how you feel. I would not be surprised to see civil unrest in the U.S. soon. Good thing you've got all those guns, you can shoot at each other until no one is left.
(This is not directed specifically at anyone.)
