Bill Clinton was impeached, then as per the constitution the Senate put him on trail and aquitted him. That was less than 20 years ago.

Nixon resigned rather then face certain impeachment and conviction.

it will play out over a year or two. impeachment is likely.

It's just getting started. It's going to be a bad four years.

Would that make any difference though? Bill Clinton got impeached and kept on being president.

Well I guess from what was posted here, Bill Clinton was acquitted, so that's the key, whether found guilty or not. I know Andrew Johnson (not Jackson) was the first to be impeached, but don't remember what the result was.

Here this article shows what a sham US elections are. If you vote for a candidate, but your candidate doesn't get the majority of votes in your state, your vote gets cast for the candidate you didn't vote for. Millions of people voted for Trump, but their votes were diverted to Clinton. Millions of other people voted for Clinton, but their votes went to Trump.

But as this article points out, even if you vote for the candidate that wins your state, there is still no guarantee that your vote will actually be placed for that candidate. The Oligarchy can say, "No you are not voting for Clinton. We are placing your vote for Trump. But remember to always vote, because your vote counts." Yeah RIGHT. Sure it does.

As I said earlier in this thread. Trump was not elected today. This was just the faux election to give people the illusion that they have a vote. The real election will happen on December 19, when the Oligarchy decides if they want Trump to be the next president, or not. They could still decide to elect Clinton, if they wanted to. But your vote counts. LOL.

Washington state Electoral College voter: I won't vote for Clinton

WASHINGTON — A Democratic elector in Washington state said Friday he won't vote for Hillary Clinton even if she wins the popular vote in his state on Election Day, adding a degree of suspense when the Electoral College affirms the election results next month.

I really do feel sorry for Hillary. I mean to have lost to someone like Trump, good grief. I have a feeling her and Bill are going to purposely disappear out of embarrassment.

It should have been Sanders.

she lost because she wasn't a good candidate though. that much is clear to me. the election was decided on the basis of which candidate was the most rejected

and sanders lost because his platform was too good to be true i guess
