It used to be them using gutter language against each other while in office was objectionable. Not anymore I guess. yay?

They use it and the crowd around them cheers. What am I supposed to conclude? As an Aspie I typically learn by observation.

My conclusion is that maybe progressivism isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Progressivism has nothing to do with cursing.

Cursing is stupid, whether done by a conservative or a liberal.

The political discourse has really gone into the gutter----on both sides.

Honestly at this point I'm doubtful any amount of profanity can encompass the corroded nature of U.S. politics.

It's not a big deal, it's constitutionally protected & putting this up as a roadblock against real policy discussions is a fairly pitiful excuse for a rhetorical filibuster. I don't care how vulgar anyone is because that in itself has little to do with their character. There are huge differences between violent populism & everyday indignation. If people can't deal with a few sailor mouths how the hell is anyone supposed to deal with some a**hole who's idea of job creation is shutting down the entire nation? If I may, we don't have a damn president, stop bullshitting us as if we do.

We haven't had anyone resembling a president in 3 weeks. What we have is a buyer.

Obama did not shut down the government for any significant fraction of either of his terms. If we don't have a functioning government because of its' "leader", we have a malfunctioning leader. I wasn't any great fan Obama either.

We are not in a race.

Now up to 180,000.

150,000 Sign Petition to Impeach Michigan’s Rashida Tlaib

A Change.org petition calling for the impeachment of Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI-13) already has close to 160,000 signatures.

“This woman is an anti-Semite, a war mongering hate filled Palestinian who has vowed to try and destroy our constitutional rights, hates America, hates American citizens,” the petition states. “She’s a danger to our sovereignty, a detriment to society, and to this country, and is unfit to serve in any capacity within our government.”

The petition also takes issue with Tlaib’s election, claiming that she “lied about living in Detroit” by “using her father’s house address.”

Tlaib made headlines earlier this week when she vowed to “impeach the motherf—” during a party in celebration of her being sworn in to Congress.

Petty snowflakes are trying to ban freedom of speech.

This is really juvenile, why can't anybody wake up & see that she's within her CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. If adultery isn't impeachable then you're making a national scandal of nothing whatsofuckingever.
