 Still carrying on with the goldfish opposition syndrome, I see. Still can’t stand that I figured out how to treat ASD. *shrug* w/e doesn’t change my life any. :)

As for C-19; like with anything I’ll wait for the data. The numbers never lie. We’re only a few short weeks, a month max, from 1,000+ Americans dying daily. I don’t WANT so many people to die, but the behaviour being exhibited stateside Right Now will dictate the USA’s corona numbers in 3 weeks time. Wait and see the American death toll skyrocket passed every other country at the same stage of infection. (# of day’s passes their first 100 cases seems to be the standard measure)

Then I suppose you’ll be here bragging about that, too. Rah rah, America leads the world in daily AND total C-19 deaths!

Did you think this was going to be the only uninsured person the US healthcare system let’s die from C-19? He’ll be one of many.

Considering the hatred I see you express towards Americans, perhaps you would be the one doing the cheering.

Like I said obviously the millions of Canadians who immigrated here don't share your expressions of hatred towards us. And since hatred doesn't follow reason, I see no point in conversing with you further about this.

FWIW, my criticisms are largely of American leadership at various levels, not individual American citizens.

It’s like having some cartoonishly greedy evil CEO poorly manage a large corporation. I don’t blame the widget processors at the bottom of the corporate structure pyramid for having to do stupid things at their job, like declining medical treatment to someone for being uninsured for example, I blame the people at the top who designed that system & taught that culture as the way things should be done.

As for 45,000 Canadians/year going stateside. Basic numbers would suggest there are more opportunities in a country with 10x the population for higher level jobs and bigger salaries. Canada is quite a highly educated population with few corporate positions to utilize that knowledge & skills, so people move for opportunities And largely Money. We all know this.

You think you a**holes are going to keep your Coronavirus party to yourselves?

No.

It will keep crossing the Canadian border and impacting us.

So, yeah, we do have to deal with the effects of your sh***y government response to C-19 and your sh***y healthcare system.

I doubt that the American response to this coronavirus crisis will be worse than countries such as Italy and Iran.
But I hear your concerns as a result of Canada bordering America.

How is it not worse? :?

First their government ignored intelligence briefing warnings about it when they could have taken very early action, and then they spent a month going on tv lying to everyone saying it’s a politically motivated hoax intended to hurt trump’s campaign and nothing to worry about and HUGE swaths of the American population still believe that nonsense today, which is why it’s spreading like wildfire and going to kill way more Americans than any other nationality on Earth.

If you think I’m being an alarmist chicken little about this, just wait a few weeks and watch the death toll numbers climb. It’s simple math and science. Completely inevitable now.

This more than a little insulting.
I'm surprised it hasn't been reported.
I think you need to consider your words more carefully and stop being so personally disrespectful.

Hardly. It’s only a sign that I can do math and realize how bad this is going to get South of the border.

It is the same here, in Australia.
Being an Island continent helps, but we are also harnessing bi-partisanship much better than the yanks.

You Amerikans will still be fighting each other even when you are in the grave. 8O <headslap>

Oh, no, no, no.
I am totally in sympathy with your position.
I too enjoy panic and hysteria. <joke, not sarcasm>

It sounds like I am a lot older than you.
Hence, my preference for adopting the "wait and see" mindset.

Do you disagree with the statement?
(I don't know if it is true.)
It depends on the attitude behind a statement, but if it is accurate, it is accurate.

We are doing very well, so far, here in Australia.
Less than a 0.5% death rate and there are signs things are starting to flatten out, despite the unfathomable stupidity of the Ruby Prince absurdity.

Perhaps ... but I wonder why the sudden need for him to engage in America-Bashing, especially while the SNC-Lavin Affair is still going on, and British Columbia residents are paying up to $400,000 US to get their kids into American colleges as fake sports recruits.

The fact remains that more people immigrate to America far more than any other country, including many thousands of Canadians and Australians each year. The OP seems worked up over the virus. Based on previous posts he is paranoid about the US being a threat to Canada, pretty much I suppose like some people are paranoid about Mexico being a threat to the US.

Just because I think the American, politics, journalism and the media is a joke, doesn't mean I am anti-Amerikan.
I am 1000% in favour of America staying Great. Seriously.
I just say it as I see it.
Not everything is great, here in Oz, either.
And Canada still has that black-faced ponce to contend with.

I hope you aren't becoming "Tribal".

So a German spelling because you think America is like Nazi Germany?
