Why are the prosecutors for George Floyd going to trial?

Oh okay, but as far as the notion of waiting for vehicle to transport, him, did these officers not arrive in cars, that could have transported him? Were these cops on bikes?

The first 2 officers had managed to get him into the back of their car after a lot of struggling with him but he got out either through his own means, or because of his "clautrophobia" (which only manifested itself when he was being moved to the back of the police car and was not evident in the personal vehicle which he had been in several minutes earlier).

Not sure what vehicles they have there, but over here the alternative would be to wait for the "divisional van" to turn up, which has a larger "passenger" section, and is easier to get a person into (and for them to remain in) than the back of a normal car.

Well why didn't they just put him back in and lock the door as oppose to waiting for another vehicle? Are police cars designed so you can lock a person in, so they cannot open the door?

Derek Chauvin and his estranged wife have more problems.

They are both being charged with 9 counts of tax evasion going all the back to between 2014 to 2016.
