I don't normally visit the news and current section but WP hasn't been very interesting lately so I've been searching through sections I don't normally visit. Then I see threads like this and think "oh God, what now?" then I get into a panic before I've even read it.
I just feel that after 2 years of lockdowns and social distancing to save lives, it was all a waste of time because we're all going to die this year or next now because of Putin. Might as well have just died of covid.
We can panic after we are dead.

I missed out on a lot of anxiety in that regard, but then, I was preoccupied with gang stalkers.

I read that if you sit in a bathtub full of hot water when slitting your wrists, it's to help make you feel less cold and unpleasant as you bleed to death, right? But can I keep my wrists above water? I'll bet the hot water will hurt like Hades if the water runs into my wounds. Still won't be nearly as painful as radiation poisoning, though.
