Richard Allen Davis is a habitual offender who was released on numerous ocassions, often after
finishing yet another program put together by sob sisters that was supposed to "fix" him. Now
he is on death row for kidnapping, raping and murdering a 12 year old girl.
Arthur Shawcross kidnapped, raped and murdered two children. He was able to receive a 25 year sentence as part of a plea bargain. Everyone of the remaining victims would not have been murdered by him when they were murdered by him if he had not been released after serving only
15 years of his sentence. Oh, by the way, he was released because he had been fixed.
Edmund Kemper at age 15 murdered his paternal grandparents with premeditation. He was released from the booby hatch at age 21 over the objections of every psychiartrist who had examined him. On the day that a state employed shrink visited him to check on his progress he
had two bodies in the trunk of his cae. The psychiatrist wrote a report declaring Kemper "No
longer a danger to himself or others."
People in prison for drug possession are not decent citizens who happen to have a drug
problem. They tend to be predicate felons who have violated parole or a probation/suspened
sentence agreement. Sob sisters have repeatedly shown their bleeding hearts to be remarkably
uncaring about the mayhem that the soft on crime policies create.
Does anyone here actually believe that a crack dealer would be so circumspect in his dealings that his live in girlfriend would not be aware of his activities? Does anyone posting here actually believe that this crack addicted girlfriend would not lie about knowing?
How many people that have posted to this thread are willing to volunteer to have the next random sweetheart that is in prison for a nonviolent offense and gets parole move next door to them? We have plenty of criminals here in Solano County. I know what they are like. 
MusicMaker1, after looking at what I posted I want to make it clear to you and anyone else here
why I posted that particular rebuttal. I did it because the news media likes to put any kind of
sensationalist stories they can on the air. Just because this woman claims to be ignorant of her
boyfriends business does not make it so. It is the nature of drug addicts and criminals to tell lies.
So please don't take this personal. It just strikes me as unlikely that he allowed her to shop for her daily dosage with his competition. When people are hooked on crack, crank, dilaudid or any other hard drugs they have a tendency to steal, sell their bodies,sell their children and sometimes kill others to get what they want. Drug addicts don't only victimize themselves with their behavior. They make very bad neighbors. That said, have a good day.
