The FDA have not approved Etherium Gold I'm not gona debate that fact because it is correct . But that was an off hand comment and is not the issue were talking about. I thought you were referring to the secret?

just-me, you did bring science into this discussion more than once. There are 4 points to providing proof to science claims. You have provided none. I would be interested to see the people who market "The Secret" claim in plain English that it will cure Aspergers, Leukemia, Rickets or any other recognized Medical or Psychological condition. If they were do that, then the Federal Trade Commission would demand the proof that they cannot provide.

I think some of you are under a misapprehension, I don't think you would lose your ASD but you would be able (allegedly) to enhance your life but as an ASD person. It wouldn't change your physical brain wiring as far as I can tell. If anyone thinks it CAN do that, let me know :D

Yes, I noticed that afterwards, but I think that is a misunderstanding of what the Secret is about. Thanks anyway :D

I suppose its possible it could improve areas of the Aspergers that are troublesome in some way though can't think of what ways at the moment.

I sort of see where she's coming from... I was convinced I'd 'cured myself' of Aspergers for a long time, until I realised I'd just learned to live with it.

Anyway, point remains, yes I do believe in thinking big and the power of positive thinking and intent and all that, I just believe in 'The Secret' as it is nothing more than a clever marketing sham using these things for material gains. It's the things they say in it, like how people who suffer misfortunes do so because they aren't thinking positively enough, that really irk me. Yeah, you there, you lost a child and your house and a leg in that earthquake because YOU WEREN'T THINKING POSITIVE ENOUGH!! !! ! :roll:

I'm a HFA and a former Rosicrucian. I can tell you that being a Rosicrucian made me even more weird in the eyes of the NT's. About the only non-related NT that thinks I'm OK are the members of my congregation. I have accepted that I am to remain single foor the rst of my life :-(

My question is why would you want to "cure" something such as Asperger syndrome, or Autism? I believe it is not a disease, something you can just cure with a pill, but a way of life! I have AS and I think that it is better to see in detail than see with blinders on, such as "normal" people do! This is why I hate organizations such as Cure Autism, because it is not something to be cured, but something to behold.
