Well gosh... :(

I had no idea that we all looked wrong.

From now on...I will be sure to wear a gray flannel business suit whenever I attend a pro Trump riot...er...I mean ...rally... so as not to upset my idol! :)

We should have a strict dress code next time. No more of those camo caps from Pro Bass that make you look like a deer hunting hillbilly (even if you ARE that). Gotta wear tennis whites (even if it's winter)so you look like you are a member of a country club (whether you are that or not).

And I guess that...wearing a buffalo horn head dress is now... out of the question! What a buzz kill!

I wouldn't be surprised if the KKK didn't wear that white gear and those pointy hoods to this day. In the US, such hoods would be offensive. If I tried to be a ghost for Halloween and it looked like the KKK because the top was all pointy, I would change my costume or else people might think I am a KKK and will find it very offensive.

The Trump thing that happened at capital hill was very similar and no different. They even had hate gear on them too, white supremist symbols, anti Semitism, one of them even had on a sweater saying Camp Auswitz. (sp)

White supremacists behaving hatefully and violently?
Who would have thought. [amused mischief]

Dickheads are dickheads.
Nothing new. ;)

Really?
It was a hat?
I thought is was a serendipitous quick-snap and the flag was actually behind him.

Are you pulling our leg(s)?

There are news reports that Trump was unhappy that the rioters looked to be low class. He does not like low class things to be associated with him. It tends to tarnish his “image” of being rich and successful.

Is there a sniff of 'fake news' in the air?
I wouldn't get too excited by what you reported.
This sort of BS has been happing for years, on both sides.

A White House insider had claimed Trump said: "The virus is a good thing; now I won't have to shake hands with disgusting people."

Do you have supporting verifiable evidence on this, or it is simply more gossip? 8)

I heard that Joe Biden is a hair sniffer. :P
Oops, bad example.

You do know that :"Hate begets hate."
I don't think that is particularly helpful and is best left unsaid.
There is more than enough hate to go around, already.
I'd rather rationality than emotionalism be a feature of this website. 8)

Being that he had also said how disappointed that so many of his supporters were so "low class" during the riot, it's easy to see how he'd have a history of making such derogatory statements about his cultists.

No no, you should always let horrible people have their way, because stopping them would be naughty.

That's why there's no need for armies or the police.

Haha you are right pepe! a visual illusion, perhaps I was seeing something I was look for so that's confirmation bias on my part.

Roy's actions in line of fire should have been recognised but Toyota have made their decision about his employment.

Yes, we should be very tolerant of hate groups and let them harass people. It's freedom of speech, they are entitled to their opinion. Anyone who wants to speak against it and has a problem with them are bigots.

It is simply speculation, at this time.

There's no evidence antifa have killed anyone. But in any case the comparison isn't valid. The majority of BLM and antifa protestors were peaceful. Those who chose to loot and cause damage to public weren't actually associated with the BLM movement beyond infiltrating the crowds.

In comparison you have literally hundreds of proud card carrying MAGAs breaking into the capitol building or getting caught on camera abusing or assaulting police or civilians. A mere handful have been arrested but there are still hundreds at large who are facing jail time.

Trump and the rioters are trying to cover their backsides by blaming Antifa for their own wrong doing. That's very much representative of Trump and his minions - - pass the blame when caught.

Yes it worked swimmingly for Trump so why not his minions eh....

Call your accusers claims "fake news" and say everything you say/do is not your fault as somebody else is to blame.
Apparently for 74 million Americans a leader with the emotional intelligence of a 5 year old child is good enough to lead the world's biggest country and (heck) while they are it give him the nuclear weapon launch codes.

I think America is beginning to understand what had happened to the Germans in the 1930's.

Oh we know, I think they just don't see it as the same what is happening now. But we are heading there if we let someone like Trump into office and let him run again for another 4 years. This is why we have a 8 year term. Anyone from Nazi Germany or who grew up after it in EU can see it. Those who see it are the ones using the terms Nazi and comparing him to Hitler and Trump supporters to the KKK because this is exactly what is happening here. This is not because we disagree.
