BBC national news is too bloody slow with whats going on in Liverpool as they give a rats arse about London.
If you listen to BBC Radio Merseyside which I do then you're know that there been six arsrasts from last nites riot and more to come as Merseyside Police given a press conveace this morning asking the public to give them info to help catch more perpetrators.

Would you say its mostly one ethnic group causing the trouble in Liverpool or rather a mix of races?

Honestly the only thing I have to say about this incident is that I hope nothing like this ever happens where I live. It's just sickening regardless of what the "cause" is.

from things I been hearing its was a mix of race group of about 300 ppl last nite from the age ranges of 10 to 40+ both men and women.

The riots in my city in the 80s had a social purpose people on all sides for and again them riots, understood and respected that purpose. Theres ones over the last few days has no puropse its just motherf****ng scumbags behaving like idiots, thats what you get when sheep start riots, chaos!!

I hear on the radio before two girl in London braging about how they louted bottles of wine from a shop and wished the riots wound keep going on. I hope those to have there faces on the TV and in the newspapers to shame the living shite out of them!

The actual video is a few posts up, you should actually listen to it. Not just what you want to hear.

er yes i have and i still think its bs. it is NOT a class thing, most people here think it's disgusting and are thoroughly pissed off and what's happening.
everyone gets given housing here, along with benefits, free eductaion, free healthcare etcetctec. even the standard of living for the poor is so much better off than most of the world. there's a reason immigration levels are so high. Seriously, stop excusing it.

Well the media and social media has played a role in making this a copycat affair.
Thats something COBRA needs to taken action on plus come up with better public order strategies.
The police need not to pander to the human rights of these scumbags with avoiding taking tougher action with the rioters.

Its not that at all. They are powerless and vastly outnumbered, this is happning in almost EVERY large city in the UK. They would literally have to instil a shoot to kill policy to contain this and if they dont arrest enough people today. It will be worse tonight.
