I've lurked there sometimes just to see what was there, and there were some of Aspies who posted there.

About 5-6 years ago we had someone here that was a Stormfront member. He seriously wanted to create a white nationalist forum on WrongPlanet. I was mature enough to know it was never going to happen and to be merely amused by it, but the outcry against it from some other WP members was quite entertaining for me. :jester:

Yeah it's just so f***king hilarious that people were upset about the prospect of white nationalist forum here. Especially when the German Nazis actively killed disabled people and neo-nazis/white nationalists also are fond of that kind of 'eugenics'. So yeah HA HA HA at any autistic that may have been upset by something like that....

I suppose I don't really see the humour there...

1. Do you really, really think there was a chance in hell that Wrong Planet would open a forum for white nationalists?

2. Hypothetically speaking, if there was one you could always abstain from that forum.

I suppose we'll have to wait for a few fringe left wing sites to get kicked off the internet before the people cheering this realize what a dangerous precedent it is. My money's on some pro-Palestine sites, some of them already flirt with antisemitism, and the Israel lobby is powerful.

Agree with your points. The problem is what this "loon" represents is sentiment that bubbles just beneath the surface and what used to be a prevailing view in America that is still fresh in the memories of people still alive today who can remember the "good o'l" 1950s (What Ron Howard would call the "happy days")
