I would recommend getting more news coverage from alternative sources. Try to mix it up a little. Tucker Carlson is pretty honest and a center conservative. He is the only one on FOX I will watch. Otherwise, I like commentators who discuss current news like BCP (black conservative patriot, he is an actual journalist also), Candace Owens and kirk, Larry Elder an impressive black conservative, he has facts to go with his opinions rather than just random talking points and beliefs. Tim Pool is pretty cool also, he doesn't like Trump but he exposes a lot of ridiculous stuff from the left wing extrimists and activist posing as journalists. People keep suggesting how his foreign policy is so bad yet I get a completely different picture even from some conservatives who don't actually like Trump like 'the red elephant'. While I don't agree with all beliefs expressed by these commentators, I do mostly agree with them and get news from a different angle rather than sources who try to demonize every action Trump makes. One example out of thousands would be the tariffs he threatened Mexico. Though rather extreme and possibly would have ha negative effects on our economy, he had to do something to help solve the issue because congress is doing absolutely nothing to help, that applies to alot of republicans and nearly every democrat if not all. They are all trying to prevent Trump from doing anything because they are trying to make him look bad so they can get him out of office, once again that applies to both parties. Declassified - on youtube also puts out a lot of videos exposing corruption in our government backed by actual documents released by FOIA suits. To many people have different opinions on what's best, the likelihood there will ever be a president which all people agree with on every topic is impossible. If we all agreed with eachother there would be no problems. Judicial watch is pretty good also, though a little boring. People have said they are just very partisan, yet I have heard some criticism of Trump from them also. I don't agree with everything Trump does but I can see that he does do a lot of good things which no one in the left wing media will ever mention unless it's to attempt to spin even positive things as if it's wrong. The reason I don't pay attention to left wing commentators is because I either disagree with them mostly on everything or it's just a non stop stream of lies, twisting facts and taking things out of context, spinning everything towards Trump hate while ignoring anything positive. He seems to be big on the drug war, Carlson also, though I strongly disagree with their thoughts on the matter, I don't pick one issue and wrap them up as no opinion they have is valid. I tried to watch some left wing media to get alternative opinions, I just can't do it, it's just hateful BS when I watch it, misleading and bad opinions, though Tim Pool is left wing, so is Bret Weinstein, I disagree with him a lot but atleast I can tell he means well.

Anyway, all of the commentators I mentioned can be found on youtube. They don't just give their opinions, they discuss current news with articles presented so you could look up the sources yourself.

Trump was using a "macho man," playground sort of technique. I don't believe he is dumb enough to contemplate nuking Iran out of existence.

Iran is pissed off that the nuclear deal is off. It is pissed off at Trump.

I would find it problematic, if proven beyond a reasonable doubt, if Iran actually sought to do damage to our ships.

I think it bothers a lot of people when Trump claims that dictators like Xi Jinping and Kim Jong Un are "fine people" and even talks about wanting to become "president for life" like Xi Jingping did. All while insulting our own allies.

Even if he is joking that's a terrible thing to joke about.

Exactly! Yet conservative LGBT'S face discrimination from left wing activists, yes, even hatefull words directed towards LGBT'S in general. Like I said, they are so inclusive and tolerate with LGBT'S unless your opinion differs, then they are extremely hateful and in tolerate towards those particular LGBT'S. Just ask tourself, why would straight white left-wing activist attempt to shut down a LGBT event where an LGBT conservative wished to speak to the LGBT community???

The thing is I don't usually come across stuff like that browsing the Associated Press and Reuters, I usually only hear about it secondhand here or on other formats. And I rarely see anyone provide evidence that Trump said exactly what they are saying he said.

I kind of get the impression in some of these cases people are basing their options on opinion pieces written in highly partisan outlets.

I love Larry Elder, he is so inclusive with his facts! Since it got brought up again, for the millionth time, Trump did not say white nationalists were fine people, don't take it from me, which has posted the actual speech while people still denied it as if they are deaf or incapable of deciphering English. Take it from a black man which includes the actual video evidence to disprove the false accusation. Apparently Al Sharpton said a lot of really racist things as well as hateful remarks directed at homosexuals as well, also included in this brief 10 minute video full of facts and evidence to support those facts, Larry is always on his game, I admire that a lot.

I've never really liked him either. I thought he was alright at first, until I heard him saying racist things with opinions I felt where ridiculous. What does "charlatan"mean. I've heard people say that before, I know it's negative because of the context it's always used in but I have no idea what it means...like a joke/phony or something?

While we may disagree on Trump, the comment about most politicians being con-artists ( ), u can agree to that. I'very listen to people giving speeches about the issue and they mostly suggest it's because of how the system is designed. Politicians give in to the requests of lobbyists for means of financial gain, like passing something for a bank, then when they retire from politics the bank hires them for a fat salary, or by doing something for a corporation so that a relative gets hired with a fat salary. Also other means of financial gain, like presenting a bill that could cause a companies stocks to fall, so the company donates money to them and lobbyists pander to them to convince them to not pass the bill. There are all kinds of stradegies they can use for financial gain, so they typically do things to make money rather than to help solve issues.

I think most people are nowadays starting to wise up and realize that. Even 'Honest Abe' most likely wasn't so honest. He was a martyr, plain and simple.
