Effect is such son of a b***h with a knife can just kill people on the street. If these people on the street would carry guns, he will be full of holes after atacking first one. But as terrorists kill just normal citzens and not politicians, this situation is comfortable for politicians. They keep their slaves unarmed and use incidents like this as propaganda argument for gun prohibition.

to have guns to remove anyone we want to, what do you think happened to James II, Terrisa May, Margaret
Thatcher and many others. The Bill of Rights clearly states that parliament has no right to go against the wishes
of the people which means that if the people are really pissed off at parliament it is the job of neither the police
nor the army to keep them in place. When the people get mad parliament ALWAYS turns on the Primeminister
and does a complete u-turn to appease the public. No guns needed.
