In case anyone hasn't gotten by now, that's the circle punch game hand gesture.

Lots of people of color play the circle punch game using that hand gesture as the game has nothing to do with race.

There's tons of merchandise for sale with that circle punch hand gesture.

This truely is an "ok boomer" situation.
