Umm, the goal is that he’s held accountable for his crimes. Holding someone accountable for their crimes isn’t a partisan politically motivated thing. If as a consequence of his crimes he can’t run for or hold public office, that’s a great side effect. But him being investigated, eventually indicted, and potentially facing consequences has to do with the crimes he committed - not his threats to run for potus again.

Well like millions of others I think it was primarily a political attempt to end a presidency, and now a primarily political attempt to stop a presidency. Which is why Trump has never even come close to being indicted for any of it.
Good thing what you think and what reality is are two different things.
You’ve made it clear that you’re intentionally remaining ignorant about many of trump and his goons’ crimes as you refuse to watch the J6 hearings and prefer to just say what you think about him vs know what crimes he’s committed.
Thankfully there are a bunch of responsible adults in your country’s government & legal system that are doing their jobs and will hold him accountable for his actions.
