Throughout human history, several human ethnic groups have disappeared through mixing. That's just natural.

Genocide is bad because people are humiliated and killed. When people chose to mix with other people, this isn't a tragedy.

I recall when the movie Sleepless In Seattle was released Oprah Winfrey had a show dedicated to Seattle women finding their own "Tom Hanks" for a date by passing out their contact details. All seemed harmless until one of these Seattle natives (perhaps worried because Oprah is black) made a comment on national TV that she will only respond to white guys. The look of shock on Oprah's face was priceless - camera quickly went to an ad break (probably to allow Oprah to regain her compusure)

I hope that stupid person was roundly ignored. but human nature being what it is, she prolly got deluged with attention. I think where chief Seattle is, he is working on a higher game now than worrying about the silly self-impressed money people stomping around on his old stomping grounds today.

She was (I recall) very attractive so was likely to get letters sent to Oprah from half the male population of Seattle...of course her attitude toward the human race was not so attractive

something like that was penned in 1971 by Ted Perry, the screenwriter for Home, a 1972 film about ecology. but I feel the Chief, if he saw what happened to us, would likely have said something like that.
