I'm not certain what point you're trying to make. Also the unaccounted trillions, is trillions of dollars in accounting errors. That doesn't actually mean there are trillions of dollars being funnelled to black projects.


National security gets the lion's share of the national budget...they are awash with funds...enough to maintain a shadow government.

Black money is not accounted...estimates run into trillions unaccounted for...enough to run a shadow congress
