Liberals control the house so no conservatives don’t control the legislation branch and nothing can get passed. Which is how I prefer it. Both sides suck so I’d rather neither side get anything they want.

Liberals also control the judicial branch see the ninth circuit. If conservatives control edit they’d ruled all gun control unconstitutional as it is. I do agree with you on the system being corrupt though. Judges are appointed by politicians and his serape their political party that appointed them. They used as a tool to go around the laws and do whatever they want. Anything is legal if you appointed the people who decide.

I’d be careful what it’s like depends on the day and time. I’ve seen pictures and videos of it being like a block party and also it being like a military zone with checkpoints and armed guards. But it is a zone where anyone can do what they want so it makes snes what it is like would change based on who is there at the time. Perhaps go stay over night and volunteer for their police force to patrol the streets and stop crime? Habe you’ll get to choke someone in a choke hold. Or yell at someone trying to paint a wall.
You won’t get me to go there, I find large gatherings overwhelming and scary even with cops around, the idea of anything goes large gathering is terrifying. All it’d take is someone deciding I don’t look like I fit in there.

I haven’t been to downtown Eugene since all this protesting started and I won’t go there till it’s all over.

I think there's going to be some independent journo info coming out soon. Apparently day and night in CHAZ are quite different. Apparently approved media has filmed during the day but has been leaving at night. We'll see. Time will tell.
