here here, well our police for the last few days has been working with the community to try to profent s**t like last nite.
They told the press today that they'll making they presence know in the city for the next few days, I know I seen four cop cars within an hour when I popped out this morning. Plus there been talk of targeting Toxtie and the city centre tonite, I hope its just talk and no action

lol the army are still fighting else were yes, why the f**k didn't camron call a sitting of parliament for tomo? that should of happened today FFS.

Governments oppress people. The more it oppresses, the more difficult life gets, and fewer people prosper.

Human nature of greed and envy kick in. To cover their asses, governments encourage class warfare. Those few people who work the hardest and earn the most within the restraints of the system are targeted. The masses attack the rich to take what they think they deserve, and the politicians sit back and laugh.

To those in power, the masses are simply pawns in a larger game. And they are playing along perfectly.

it seems to me that there is a vastly greater number of criminal mindsets than the police can deal with. they outnumber the police manifold.

at first glance they seem like a pack of thousands of escaped chimpanzees who are going beserk and marauding in a mindless manner.

at a second glance, it seems like there is a "pied piper" mentality going on where the suppressed thugs living dormant in their abodes hear the howlings of the gathering riot marching down the streets past their houses, and that causes them to insanely immerse themselves instinctively into the melee that ensues.


at a third glance, it seems that the UK government is not capable of placating a large enough proportion of it's governed population to prevent this type of civil disobedience.

Firstly I am a girl. Learn to do research before you call me a boy. Look in the profile, not hard. Second, I was brought up below the poverty line. Thirdly I am living in care. I don't get paid any money, and I struggle to get by day to day but you know what. I have this thing called MATURITY which means that I don't do ret*d things like these sheep. I don't give a s**t about their boo hoo stories, it's just f*****g excuses. Why don't you grow up.

This supposedly started out as a peaceful protest against the shooting of Mark Duggan. I also find his shooting very suspicious and I think it needs open investigation. However I do not condone what these guys are doing. Even Mark Duggan's family condemned these violent "riots". They are thugs and when protests like this happen it is not unusual for people like this to get in on it. I doubt they are doing it for Mark Duggan or even for what you presume their poor status. I live in a trailer without any air condition, I have no job now, I do not have spending money and I came from a working family who lived on little. I have been homeless and not all people who live in poverty or living in a poor economic circumstances act like this. This is pure criminal behavior and it makes most people who are disenfranchised and living in poverty look bad. I saw one video that really p*ssed me off. Now you tell me who the criminal is? If this is out of frustration, they are not doing a good job AT ALL by behaving this way. They are not attacking the wealthy they are attacking their own neighborhood and without motivation.

Saw this before on the Bee Bee Cee. My parents were stunned at that wee bit of footage.

It's horrible isn't it? Most of these rioters don't care who they are targeting. It's got nothing to do with social class, rich or poor.

theres quite a buzz on the streets - i found it quite invigorating. Now im back behind the keyboard im getting edgy and wishing id topped up the leccy before half the shops dropped there shutters.

Anyone with a shred of foresight knew there would be riots this year (its been brewing up for 3 neoliberal decades) but i didnt think it would touch harrow or ealing so soon. tbf i think most of whats happenning is looting NOT actual rioting.
