If you don't want to "derail" a thread about a serious topic, then don't go around challenging people's opinions while taking what they said out of it's proper context and proceding to argue with them about it when your opinion of what was said is challenged. It sounds to me like you're the one that can't take criticism.
I haven't "denied" anything and context sure as h*ll is relevant, you sat there and changed the context of what I have said in order to suggest and claim that I have not only assumed automatic guilt on the suspects, but also have "denied previous posts" which is just not the case, not to mention the fact that you've gone with your own assumptions about me when doing so.
Second, that's all a theory is, is a set of possibilities that give a possible outcome, theories are the hallmark of conjoined assumptions, even the Razor is built on assumption if you want to really get technical.



That's another assumption about me that you've made, and an extremely incorrect one at that. This wasn't an argument until you started taking what I said out of context and even then, it was about what I have indeed said, once again I haven't denied anything. I don't care about "winning an argument", and I've formed my theories on nothing but the facts that I've been given such as witness testimony, what the victim has said, as well as what the bomb was made with. That's all we have, and that is what the theory is based on.
In fact, the way you've responded to my posts seems to suggest that it is you who "wants to win this argument at any cost, disregarding the facts".



You know, I deal with people like you all the time, it's always the same old story: you grab at straws, taking what I say and twisting it, always thinking that your opinions are supreme and everyone else's needs to be "corrected", then when called out on it and backed into a corner you resort to insult.
It's funny that you put those sentences right next to each other, or even in the post at all for that matter, and yet you dont' see the irony, what makes you think I'm going to change anything for you, someone who just got done with that little quote and then immediately procedes to tell me to do something? To me, you're no more than just someone sitting behind a computer, typing practical non-sense and insults at me while trying to suggest that you know what I meant in my previous posts, more than I do. Just because you might disagree with what I have indeed said, doesn't mean you're correct. And taking what I have said out of context for other people to see, will not make you look very good. In fact your posts are rather charged and they've become tiresome to read at this point.

Don't like what I have to say in my posts? Don't like my signature? Don't read them, problem solved. In the end I have just as much right to form an opinion of what may have happened, and to post that opinion, as the next person, if you don't like it, too bad, you have no more a say in what I post than I do of your compaining about it.

I was thinking about it, and when I was a kid, we used to do all sorts of stuff like that, shooting bottle rockets at each other, throwing firecrackers, rigging up pull-n-pop tripwires, etc. In retrospect, someone could easily have gotten hurt, but we were never really thinking that far ahead or taking things that seriously. This would be Seattle in the 1990s, btw. My relatives from Eastern Washington had access to much stronger ordnance, and their stories often involved actual high explosives and gunplay, as opposed to the match head bombs and paintball guns I was messing with.

I always enjoyed the mailbox arms race that goes on out in the country, with the current gold standard being the double layer box made by nesting a smaller mailbox inside a larger one, pouring quik-crete in between the layers, then mounting it on an I-beam sunk into the ground. Try and hit one of those with a bat from a car and you're liable to break your arm. Enter the high explosives...

There is nothing much you have said in your previous post that carries any weight, it's just a load of guff.

Can I suggest you re-read the definition of Occam's razor that you provided a link for.

If you deal with many people who think your opinions are wrong then maybe there is more than a grain of truth there.

The people I was talking about was not people who think my opinions are wrong, I was talking about people who skew what I say into something totally different and then insult me when I call them out on it, much like you have. As I've stated, I could care less if people think I'm wrong, it doesn't even matter how many people do think I'm wrong, that doesn't mean that I am. I'm tired of people like you who think they can sit there and start whatever crap they feel like, then hide behind "jest" and "sarcasm" when I actually don't bend over and take it like other people.
And no, you may not suggest a d*mn thing to me, don't sit there and belittle me by telling me to re-read the definition of something as simple as Occam's Razor.
Also, don't sit there and pretend you won't jump on my theories the second I post them, I already know you will since you've stated that you were going to with everything else I've posted already.

It's a waste of time, at this point, to bother talking to you, and since I apparently have "carried no weight" with you, I guess I can expect you to act like a total d**khead whenever you pop up in topics that I participate in.
A word of advice: don't bother responding to my posts anymore, regardless of where or what topic, because I guarentee that you and I will end up having altercations in the future, simply because of the fact that you're an insulting pr**k who takes the mantle of treating other people like sh*t because you don't agree with what they have to say. I would never have any conversation with the likes of you and if I never see your username again in a googleplex of universal lifetimes, it'll be far too soon.
